摘要
城市公共交通是城市社会经济发展的基础,科学合理的城市公共交通规划将引领、支撑和服务城市社会经济的发展,随着城市化进程的不断推进,“公交优先"战略己经得到了国内外的普遍认同,已成为城市交通政策的发展趋势,而城市公共交通换乘枢纽又是城市公共交通系统中的重要环节,它将城市交通各个系统高效衔接起来,通过资源的有机整合,使城市交通组织更为顺畅,科学合理的城市公共交通换乘抠纽规划,减少在空间和时间上的消耗,充分发挥其整体效益,引领城市功能布局发展,优化城市交通运行环境,提高通行效率。
本文从城市公共交通换乘枢纽的基本特性分析入手,以城市公共交通换乘枢纽提高城市土地利用效率、提升城市公交竞争力和应变力、紧密联系城市各功能分区和组团、有利于城市交通综合整治以及实现各种交通方式换乘的功能定位为背景,把握城市公共交通枢纽向功能多样化、形式立体化,引领区域发展,实现各种交通方式之间的“无缝”换乘等发展趋势,深入剖析昆明市城市交通特征,对比借鉴国内外城市公共交通换乘枢纽的发展经验,分析昆明市城市公共交通枢纽规划布局的影响因素,采用调查研究的方式对昆明市城市公共交通客流进行科学预测,在此基础上,参考综合交通发展规划、智能交通规划、公交规划、轨道交通规划等的规划理念和思路,研究得出昆明市城市公共交通换乘枢纽布局规划方案。
论文从昆明市的实际情况着手分析研究,为类似昆明市“主城+新城”城市形态模式城市公共交通换乘枢纽规划提供参考,为昆明市城市公共交通换乘枢纽规划布局提供理论支撑。

ABSTRACT
City public traffic is the basis for social and economic development of the city, citypublic traffic planning scientific and reasonable will lead,support and services to the citysocial economy development of city,along with the continuous progress of the process,"bus priority" strategy has been widely recognized at home and abroad, has become thetrend of development of city traffic policy, and the city public traffic hub is an importantpart of city public traffic system of city traffic,it will each system is connected, throughthe organic integration of resources, the city traffic more smoothly, the scientific andreasonable city public transportation hub planning, reduction in the space and timeconsumption, give full play to the overall efficiency, lead city functional layoutoptimization of city traffic development, operating environment, improve the efficiencyof traffic.
In this paper, starting from the basic characteristics of city public transit transfer hubanalysis, to the city public transportation transfer hub to improve land use efficiency,enhance the city competitiveness and city bus strain, closely related functional cityzoning and groups, is conducive to the comprehensive improvement of city traffic and therealization of function transfer of various modes of transportation as the background,grasp the city public transportation hub to form functional diversification,three-dimensional,leading regional development, between the various transport modes toachieve ’,seamless" change trend, in-depth analysis of the characteristics of traffic inKunming City, comparing development experience of domestic and international citypublic transportation transfer hub,analysis of influencing factors in Kunming city publictransportation hub layout, using survey research the scientific forecast of Kunming citypublic traffic, on this basis,planning ideas and reference of comprehensive transportationdevelopment planning, traffic planning, transport planning, rail transportation planning,the city public transportation hub layout planning.
The actual situation from Kunming City, analyze and study, provide a reference forsimilar Kunming “ urban + Metro" city pattern public transportation hub planning, toprovide theoretical support for the Kunming city public transportation hub layoutplanning.
