摘 要
随着国家对职业教育的重视，高等职业教育呈现出蓬勃发展之势，中职学校社团也从少到多，从不完善到逐渐成熟，但是在社团的蓬勃发展之时，其中存在的问题也逐渐的显现出来，如活动场地不足、活动经费不足、指导教师指导不到位、社团新陈代谢太快、缺少优秀社团等等，本文通过以烟台市某中等职业学校为例，通过查阅资料、调查问卷、访谈及个案分析等形式进行了实地调查，了解了该校社团发展现状并提出改进策略。内容主要包括以下几个方面：
绪论部分主要说明了问题的提出、文献综述、研究的目的和意义及研究的方法等。
第一章概述。通过查阅资料，对社团的定义、社团的分类及中职生的定义及特点和社团对中职学生的意义等四个方面进行了阐述。
第二章中职学校学生社团现状分析。通过对烟台某中等职业学校教师及社团学生进行走访调研及问卷调查，从社团的种类数量及管理制度、社团活动硬件及设施、社团活动的经费来源、社团活动对社员综合素质影响的认可度等四个方面对社团进行了系统的分析。
第三章中职学校学生社团存在的问题。通过对烟台某中等职业学校社团现状的分析，了解了中职学生的特点及社团存在的问题，从管理制度不健全缺少有效的激励机制、硬件设施较完备但缺少合理有效的使用及资金来源过于集中在社员会费和学校拨款、社团的活动形式不能很好地吸引社员的积极参与等四个方面进行较为详实的分析说明。
第四章中职学校学生社团发展的策略。通过对中职学校社团特点分析，结合查阅资料了解到的情况，从加强制度建设、从思想资金及硬件设施上加强对社团的支持力度、创新社团活动形式等三个方面进行了深入思考。
结语部分主要对本研究进行了总结，并对不足之处进行了阐述，对后续的研究进行了简单的说明。

Abstract
As the country's emphasis on higher vocational education, higher vocational educationis also showing a vigorous development trend, secondary vocational school community fromscratch, from less to more, never perfect to mature gradually, but in the vigorousdevelopment of community, one of the problems gradually emerge, such as activity space isinsufficient, lack of funding and guide does not reach the designated position, communitymetabolism fast under the guidance of teachers, the lack of excellent community, etc., thisarticle through to yantai engineering vocational and technical college as an example, throughthe check data, questionnaire, visit has carried on the on-the-spot investigation, research andother forms to understand the current situation of the development of the school communityand put forward improving strategies. Content mainly includes several aspects:
The introduction part mainly explains the problems put forward, literature review,research purpose and significance and research method, etc.
The first chapter overview. Through access to information on the definition ofcommunity, community classification and the definition and characteristics of secondaryvocational student and community of the meaning of students and so on four aspects areexpounded.
The second chapter secondary vocational school students present situation analysis. Byyantai visit a secondary vocational schools, teachers and students in social research andquestionnaire survey, basic information from the community, community activitiesrecognition hardware and facilities, community activity form and members, communityactivities impact on the member's comprehensive quality of recognition of community forfour aspects such as the analysis of the system.
The third chapter problems of secondary vocational school students. Through analyzingthe current situation of yantai a secondary vocational school community, understand thecharacteristics of the secondary vocational students and the problems of society, from themanagement system is not sound the lack of effective incentive mechanism, hardwarefacilities is perfect but the lack of reasonable and effective use and capital source mainlyconcentrated in the membership dues and school funding, such as the analysis of threeaspects in detail.
The fourth chapter in the development of secondary vocational school students.
Through analyzing the characteristic of secondary vocational school community and tocombine data access, from strengthening the system construction, from the thought andhardware facilities to strengthen the support of community, through the financing forthe student community development to build the aircraft carrier base and throughcompetition to promote learning community for students to build gold stone and so on fouraspects has carried on the deep thinking.
Epilogue part mainly expatiates on the deficiency of this research, for subsequentresearch has carried on the simple instructions.
