摘要
当前,我国正处于老龄化社会初期,老龄化问题呈现出基数大、增速快、市场配置低、需求矛盾突出等特点。国办发[2013]35号文件坚持市场化、社会化改革发展方向,对养老服务业作出了顶层设计、统筹安排和系统推进,为我国养老服务业顺利发展提供了制度保障。本文针对我国养老服务业发展现状,从国内外养老服务业基本情况出发,综合运用相关理论,系统构建我国养老服务业盈利模式,并选取有代表性的养老服务企业(项目)剖析实证,揭示养老服务业的现实困难与发展瓶颈,为我国养老服务业健康发展提供相关参考和合理化建议。
全文共五个部分。第一部分是绪论。分析我国老龄化社会现实情况、养老事业的发展困境和养老服务业的供需矛盾,提出本文的研究目的和重要意义,确定论文研究框架、研究方法等技术路线,阐述本文的研究视角和相关研究的不足。
第二部分是养老服务业相关理论。对本文涉及到的基本概念进行专业界定,对本文运用到的相关理论进行综合论述,为本文的研究过程提供理论支撑与基本方法。
第三部分是国内外养老服务业盈利模式。分析国内外养老服务业典型经验,总结国外和国内养老服务业基本盈利模式,再选取国内典型案例进行剖析,深化对养老服务业盈利模式的理解。
第四部分是康乃馨养老服务业盈利模式分析。通过对康乃馨“医疗+养老”
经营模式和养老服务企业综合盈利模式进行深入分析,揭示养老服务业的运行规律和现实情况,为养老服务业健康发展提供现实参考。
第五部分是对我国养老服务业的发展建议。从完善法律政策体系、管理服务体系、市场体系、加大政策扶持方面对我国发展养老服务业提出合理化建议,结合现代企业管理前沿理论对养老服务业的盈利模式作了进一步拓展。

ABSTRACT
At present,our country is in the early stage of aging society,the aging problempresent a big base,quick growth, low market allocation, tixe obvious contradictionbetween demand, etc. The office of the state council sent the file no. 35 in 2013 thatinsisting marketization,,socialization reform and development direction. Thetop-level design, the overall arrangement of pension services made and propulsionsystem,and for our country provides system guarantee the smooth development ofpension services. This paper based on current situation of the development of pensionservices and pension services basic situation at home and abroad,integrated use ofrelated theory, build our endowment service industry profit model,and selectrepresentative endowment service enterprises (projects) analyzes the empirical,reveals the realistic difficulties and development bottleneck of endowment services,healthy development of the endowment service industry to provide relevant referenceand rationalization proposal.
The paper include five parts. The first part is the introduction. Analysis of anaging society in our country reality, the development of pension and endowmentservice supply and demand contradiction, thus point out the research purpose andsignificance, also the research framework and research metiiod, elaborated thisarticle research angle of view and the deficiency of related research.
The second part is the endowment services related theory. On the basic conceptof this article involves the definition of professional for this article using the relevanttheory of comprehensive, provide theoretical support for the research process of thispaper and the basic method.
The third part is the domestic and foreign pension service industry profit model.
Analysis of typical pension services experience at home and abroad,summarizes theforeign and domestic pension services basic model and profit model,then select thetypical cases of domestic,deepen the understanding of endowment profit model.
The fourth part is the carnation endowment service profit pattern analysis.
Through the carnation "health + pension" under the main body of the company'sbusiness model and pension services integrated profit pattern analysis, reveals theoperation law of endowment real estate and the reality, provides reference for thehealthy development of the pension services.
The fifth part is the suggestions on the development of pension services industryin China. From the perfect legal policy system, management and service system,market system and increase policy support to our country development of pensionservices rationalization proposal is put forward.
