结语
实践证明,大学和中小学伙伴关系的建立可以使大学教师的理论得到实践的支持,进而提高理论的深度,也可以弥补中小学教育缺少系统理论的缺陷,全面推动教育实践的开展;解决了教师分布不均素质良莠不齐的问题,大大的提高了整体教育水平。当前大学和中小学通过建立伙伴关系来提高创新能力和教育水平是大势所趋,是历史发展的必然。
随着社会的进步,我国的大学和中小学的伙伴关系一定会更加融洽,更加合理,我国的教育事业一定会更加强大。虽然伙伴关系的平台基础有所提高,但是我们不应自满自足反而更应该好好审视自己,大多数大学和中小学的合作没有达到预想的要求,还没有发挥他们最大程度的推动作用,对我国教育的发展起到的作用微乎其微。我国还处在探索大学和中小学伙伴关系的初级价段,不能盲目的照搬照抄国外的大学和中小学伙伴关系的模式,应该根据具体情况具体分析。由于个人能力和资料的局限性,本文在某些方面还存在着很多不足,在今后的日子里这些不足是本研究努力的方向,我会不断地将其完善。
