休闲体育倡导健康的生活方式，注重人的全面发展，正是 21 世纪的大学生所必须的素质，而完善的高校休闲体育服务对大学生积极的参加休闲体育活动具有巨大的促进作用，因此对高校休闲体育服务的研究变得尤为重要。
本文研究的大学生休闲体育服务体系是一个以大学生为特定的服务对象，以营造良好的休闲体育环境，促进休闲体育管理，保障和提高休闲体育质量为宗旨为目的，以多功能、多层次、多方位为特征，在包括教育部、学校等各种专门组织机构在国家制定的各种特定的法律、政策，以及相关的条例、规定的指导下，进行的一系列具体的服务的总称。其本质就是总结影响大学生参加休闲体育活动的各种因素和问题，结合学校现有的体育资源，以服务性、保障性和适应性为特点，将涉及到大学生休闲体育的所有内容加以整合成一个整体，创造出一个资源配置良好，管理水平较高，追求利益最大化的服务体系，以确保学生可以享受到良好的休闲体育服务。
论文通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等多种方法对山东省高校大学生休闲体育服务体系的现状进行调查研究，发现山东省高校大学生的休闲体育服务体系的建立和完善是非常必要的。本研究从多方视角探讨阐述建立和完善大学生的休闲体育服务体系应具备的基本功能、原则等，最后根据大学生的休闲体育服务体系的现状、存在的主要问题以及与休闲体育服务相关的理论，对大学生休闲体育服务体系的主要内容进行完善，并对体系的具体完善提出相应的策略，以期丰富休闲体育服务体系的理论，促进大学生休闲体育的健康发展，并对山东省高校休闲体育的管理工作起到一定的指导作用。

Abstract
Leisure sports, promote healthy lifestyles, all-round development, it is necessary to thetwenty-first Century college students, but college leisure sports service to improve collegestudents actively participate in leisure sports activities has tremendous stimulative effect, sothe research on the leisure sports service is particularly important.
This paper studies the service system of College Students' leisure sports is one of thestudents for a specific service objects, to create a good environment to promote leisure sports,leisure sports management, guarantee and improve the quality of leisure sports for the purposefor the purpose, multi-function, multi-level, multi orientation features, including the Ministryof education, school and other special organizations in the countries to develop a variety ofspecific laws, policies, regulations and the relevant regulations, under the guidance of thefloorboard, a series of specific services. Its essence is to summarize the influence of variousfactors and problems of college students to participate in leisure sports, combined with theexisting school sports resources, to service, security and adaptability as the characteristic, willinvolve all the contents of College Students' leisure sports are integrated into a whole, create agood resource allocation, the higher level of management, the pursuit of interests themaximum service system, to ensure that students can enjoy a good leisure sports service.
The current situation of service system of college students leisure sports to ShanDongprovince by using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematicalstatistics and other methods, found that establish and leisure sports service system ofShandong province university student's good is very necessary.This study from theperspective of the establishment and perfection of the leisure sports service system for theuniversity students should have the basic function, principle, according to the main problemsexisting in present situation, the leisure sports service system of college students and therelated theories of leisure sports service, the main content of recreational sports servicesystem is perfect, and puts forward the corresponding the strategies to improve the system, inorder to enrich the theory of the leisure sports service system, and promote the healthydevelopment of College Students' leisure sports, and leisure sports in universities and collegesin Shandong province management play a guiding role.
