我国体育危机公关模式构建结论与参考文献

  5 结论

  5.1体育公关危机是随着体育产业发展而出现的不可预知的个人或组织信誉受损的事件,危机管理是预防和管控的全过程。

  5.2美国的四种公共关系危机管理模式包括:Griming和Hunt的公共关系模式、Marra的高级公共关系模式、Ramee的危机管理模式、Gonzalez-Herroro危机管理模式。(将以上行间距改成与下面3同样的大小).

  5.3中国体育危机公关处理分成四个阶段,分别为:数据收集、危机预防控制管理、危机管理以及危机公共后期处理。数据收集时,体育组织通过非正式和正式渠道收集信息,并可以选择运用头脑风暴法来思考体育公共关系危机发生的可能性。危机预防控制管理要选择适当的预防方案进行内部和外部双向交流管理,并在媒体和公众的监督下,公开处理并实时报道处理进程。当危机暂时在媒体和公众视野中消失后,体育组织要防止危机复发,并对体育组织名誉进行管理,培养体育组织与媒体和公众之间的良好关系。
