新一轮基础教育课程改革实践中,实行国家、地方、学校三级课程管理模式,旨在加速课程建设的民主化、科学化进程,切实增强课程对地方、学校及学生的适应性,由此推动了普通高中阶段校本课程开发的进程。伴随着 2010 年 7 月《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020 年)》出台,并明确提出构建“创新人才培养模式”、“探索贯穿各级各类教育的创新人才培养途径”等要求,国内一些优质高中更是加快利用校本课程开发探索培养拔尖创新人才的课程方案,但目前普通高中在校本课程开发和培养创新型人才方面存在着诸多的偏误,在一定程度上不仅误导了校本课程的发展,而且对处于普通高中阶段青少年的受教育权来说显失公平,客观上也阻碍了创新型人才的培养进程和创新型国家的建设进程。这已经成为一个日益突显的问题,亟需引起政府机构、教育者和所有关注青少年成长的有识之士的充分关注和研究。
为进一步深化普通高中新课程改革,全面落实素质教育,大力推进创新型人才培养进程,本文对国内优质高中培养拔尖创新人才的课程实施方案和某市普通高中校本课程开发建设情况进行了深入的调查研究,摸清了实施现状,基本掌握了实施过程中存在的问题,并从培养创新型人才的视角提出了相应的普通高中校本课程开发的改进策略,为普通高中校本课程开发实践提供借鉴。
本论文共分为四部分。
第一部分,从理论层面来对创新与创新型人才、校本课程与校本课程开发进行概念界定性的论述,全面揭示和准确把握其科学内涵。
第二部分,从理论层面就创新教育理论和校本课程开发理论进行相关论述,力求从理论层面确立本课题研究的学理依据。
第三部分,从实践层面专门就普通高中基于创新型人才培养的校本课程开发建设情况进行调研分析,结合目前国内优质普通高中和某市普通高中校本课程开发实践情况,论述了当前普通高中校本课程开发建设存在的主要问题,并深入进行了成因分析,力求从实践层面确立本课题研究的实践依据和本课题研究的主要方向。
第四部分,介绍本课题所提出的改进策略,这是本研究的重点。一是认识定位;二是管理机制;三是重要原则;四是主要策略;五是关键途径关键词:普通高中;创新型人才;校本课程;校本课程开发;
Abstract
In the new round of basic education curriculum reform practice, the implementation ofnational, local, school three-level curriculum management pattern is widely used, which isdesigned to accelerate the course of the construction of the democratization and scientificprocess, and to strengthen the curriculum adaptability to local, school and students, thuspromoting the development of school-based curriculum in ordinary high school stage of theprocess. In the national medium and long-term education reform and development planoutline (2010-2020) “ published in July 2010, China clearly put forward ”innovationpersonnel training mode“, and requirements ”to explore the way to cultivate innovative talentsthrough education of all types and at all levels“. Some high quality development ofschool-based curriculum in high schools speed up the use of domestic exploration coursescheme of top creative talent cultivation, but the ordinary high schools still make errors in theschool-based curriculum development and cultivating innovative talents, which, to a certainextent, not only mislead the school-based curriculum development, but also affects theeducational right of teenagers in ordinary high schools. Therefore, it objectively has hinderedthe process of the cultivation of innovative talents and process of the construction of aninnovative country. It has become an increasing problem, which needs the full attention andresearch from government agencies and educators.
In order to further deepen the ordinary high school new curriculum reform, to carry outthe full implementation of quality education, and to vigorously promote the innovative talentstraining process, this paper has carried out a thorough investigation and study on the domestichigh-quality high school curriculum implementation scheme of top creative talent cultivationand the development of school-based curriculum in ordinary high school construction. Thepaper found out the main facts and problems that exist in the implementation process, andfrom the perspective of cultivating innovative talents, put forward the correspondingimprovement strategy of developing school-based curriculum in ordinary high schools. Thusit provides reference for the development of school-based curriculum in ordinary high schoolpractice.
This thesis is divided into four parts.
The first part defines innovation and innovative talents, school-based curriculum andschool-based curriculum development from the theoretical level, to find out their scientificconnotation fully and accurately.
The second part seeks to the theoretical foundation of this topic research academic basisfrom the aspect of theory innovation education theory and the theory of school-basedcurriculum development related.
The third part analyses the school-based curriculum development and construction basedon the innovative talents cultivation in ordinary high schools from the practice level. Based onthe present school-based curriculum practice in high quality schools and ordinary highschools, this paper discusses the current main problems of school-based curriculumdevelopment and construction of average high school. It deeply analyzes the causes toestablish the research on the practical level of practical basis and the main direction of thistopic research.
The fourth part is the focus of this study, which introduces the improvement strategiesthe paper proposed. The first is to know positioning; The second is the managementmechanism; The third is important principles; The fourth is the main strategy; The fifth is thekey way.
