摘 要
财务困境是我国财务研究领域的一个重要课题，同时也是我国企业所关注的重要话题之一。财务困境就是财务危机，破产倒闭是其最为严重的情形。在企业的成长和发展过程中，管理者的很多行为和决策都直接反映在财务状况上，如果决策不当，将会使企业陷入财务困境。财务困境不是一蹴而就的，而是受企业内外部影响因素共同作用的结果。当企业陷入财务困境，企业应该正确认识并找出财务困境的成因，通过合理化的对策来将问题解决。因此，财务困境的成因分析及对策研究不仅对学术界具有较强的学术价值，同时对企业的运作也具有重要的现实意义。
本文首先通过文献检索方法对国内外学者关于财务困境方面的学术成果进行了归纳和总结，从财务困境的概念、成因和控制三个角度将检索到的文献进行归类，并对各个角度的文献进行客观分析和综述；其次，本文结合 KYT 案例对财务困境的定义进行了简要介绍，并对财务困境公司财务报表的特征进行了阐述；然后本文运用 SAS 财务分析模型分析方法从 KYT 公司企业的战略、会计政策以及财务报表三个角度进行了全面深入分析，得出 KYT 公司财务困境的形成原因，主要包括资产质量低、资产结构不合理、应收账款管理不利、负债过度、主营业务收益质量差等问题；最后本文从 KYT 公司财务困境的案例中分析出对我国中小企业财务困境防范与化解的一些启示：风险始终存在于企业的经营发展过程中，风险处理不当将使企业陷入财务困境，然而财务困境并非绝境，它是可控可防的。企业应当树立风险防范意识，结合公司自身特点，建立起一系列行之有效的财务困境防范措施和化解对策，使财务困境变成企业重生的转折点，促进其健康可持续发展。

Abstract
Financial distress is an important topic in the financial research field in China, and it is alsoone of the most important topics concerned by enterprises. As is known to all, financial distressis financial crisis, and the most serious situation is bankrupt. In the process of enterprise's growthand development, many decisions and actions are reflected in financial situation directly, if thedecision is improper, it will cause serious financial problems. Financial distress is notaccomplished at one stroke, but result of internal and external factors influence. When financialcrisis appear, enterprises should have a correct understanding and find out the the causes offinancial distress, solve the problem through the reasonable measures. Therefore, the causeanalysis and countermeasures of financial distress has not only strong academic value inacademic circles, but also important practical significance for the operation of enterprises.
Firstly, the article summarizes related academic achievements of domestic and foreignscholars on financial distress through the method of literature retrieval, and divides theachievements into three perspectives, cause and control of financial distress, and objectivelyanalysis the three kinds of literature retrieval. Secondly, combining the KYT case the articleintroduces the definition of financial distress and elaborates the characteristics of the financialstatements of troubled companies.Then the paper uses SAS to analyze KYT company from thestrategy, the accounting policy and financial statements comprehensively and deeply, and findsout causes of KYT financial distress, including bad asset quality, irrational asset structure, badmanagement of accounts receivable, excessive debt and poor quality of main business income.
Finally, this article provides some enlightenment for small and medium-sized enterprises onpreventing and defusing financial distress according to the KYT case. Risk always exists in thebusiness development, if improper handled, the enterprises will fall into financial distress. Ofcourse, financial distress isn't the vast territory, it could be prevented and controlled. Enterprisesshould establish awareness of risk prevention, combined with their characteristics and buildeffective prevention measures and countermeasures, which make financial distress into a turningpoint of enterprise regeneration and promote its healthy and sustainable development.
