摘要
高校贫困生作为高等教育中的一个特殊群体,其心理状况不仅关系到贫困生自身的成才成人,也关系到高等教育质量,同时,对于社会的稳定发展有着一定的影响。本研究针对高校贫困生心理,在分析国内外相关文献基础上,通过对贫困生信件的内容分析,结合相关研究的定量分析,归纳整理高校贫困生的心理特征,认为高校贫困生积极心理特征主要体现在意志坚强、真诚正直、自立自强、感恩回馈等方面;高校贫困生消极心理特征主要体现在自卑敏感、焦虑抑郁、自我封闭、偏执狭隘等方面。
研究指出,高校贫困生消极心理,除开贫困生自我调节能力不强的原因外,也与社会、政府、学校、家庭等因素的影响有着密切关系。社会捐助缺乏尊重、政府救助欠缺关怀、学校教育缺少主动、家庭环境压力过大,是造成贫困生消极心理的重要原因。研究提出,应对高校贫困生消极心理,社会需要在“为什么行善”、“靠什么实现善”、“如何正确实现善”等层面思考改善道德心理;政府需要从注重资助管理的科学性、强调资助管理的规范性、加强资助管理的控制性等角度完善资助管理;高校需要提升贫困生需求层次,在满足贫困生的物质需求之后,着重于满足其心理需求和精神需求;而贫困生心理消极特征的最终解决还需要贫困生能够学会自我心理调节,战胜自卑,克服焦虑,走出自我,敞开心扉。

Abstract
Poor college students as a special group in higher education, the mental state is not onlyrelated to their own talent adult students, but also to the quality of higher education,meanwhile, has certain influence on social stability and development. This study aimed atpoor college students, in the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad, based on theletters of poor students content analysis, quantitative analysis with the relevant research,summed up the psychological characteristics of poor students in Colleges and universitiesthat finishing,poor college students psychological characteristics are mainly embodied in thestrong willed, honest and sincere, self-reliance,Thanksgiving feedback etc.; mainlymanifests in the inferiority, anxiety and depression, sensitive self enclosed, paranoid,negative narrow psychological characteristics of poor students in Colleges and universities.
Research points out, the poor students' negative mentality, causes the self adjustment abilityis not strong but also affect the poor students, and society, government, school, family andother factors are closely related to the. Social donation, lack of respect, governmentassistance, lack of care of school education,family environment, the lack of active pressureis too large, is caused by the important causes of poor students' negative mentality. To studyand put forward the negative psychology of poor students in Colleges and universities,coping,social needs in the “why”, “what to rely on to achieve good”, Mhow to achieve good“aspects on improving moral psychology; the government needs to pay attention to science,funding management emphasizes the fund management standardization,strengthen thecontrol of fund management perspective funding management; the need to boost demand forpoor students, after the poor students to meet the material needs, mainly to meet theirpsychological needs and spiritual needs; and finally solve the poor students' psychologicalnegative characteristics of the poor students also need to learn self psychological adjustment,overcome low self-esteem, anxiety, self out, open your heart.
