现代技工教育中综合素质的培养研究

  摘要

  在大力发展职业教育的背景下,现代技工教育幵始登上历史的舞台。技工教育是我国职业教育体系的重要组成部分,而技工院校则是实施技工教育的主体机构。技工院校承担培养技术技能型人才的任务。综合素质的培养正在成为技工教育的当代主题。

  本文探讨的是现代技工教育中学生综合素质的培养,具体研究的内容,以及形成的观点与结论如下:

  第一,综合素质及其培养的理论依据。综合素质即多种素质的有机结合,是个体适应社会生活和职业岗位的重要条件。综合素质的培养体现了素质教育的基本精神,同时带有通识教育的色彩,从STW理论来看,综合素质的培养也能够有效的帮助学生实现从学校到工作的过渡。

  第二,现代技工教育中学生综合素质培养的意义。综合素质的培养具有鲜明的现实意义。对学生来说能够促进其生涯的持续发展;对学校来说能够提高其人才培养质量,促进其内涵发展;对技工教育本身来说,能够拓展其人才培养目标并丰富其内涵。

  第三,现代技工教育中学生综合素质培养的途径。综合素质的培养要探寻有效的途径,对技工院校来说,综合素质的培养要制定一个有效的行动的框架,培养活动要贴近学生的生活;另外综合素质的培养也要与学校德育相结合,并诉诸于学生的主体性和责任感。

  第四,现代技工教育中学生综合素质培养的典型案例。郴州技师学院在学生综合素质培养方面的实践探索具有典型性。它围绕学生综合素质的培养构建了一个详细的行动框架,同时,制定和完善了相应的制度。从整体上看,郴州技师学院学生综合素质的培养体现了素质教育的基本精神,具有可操作性和行动感,并且具有养成教育的色彩,也发挥了学生的主动性。

  学生综合素质的培养是各技工院校所面临的一个现实课题,这一课题需要各院校结合自身的情况进行多样化的探索。

  Abstract

  In the backgroud of rapid developing vocational education, the modern technicianeducation begin get up historical stage. Technician education is a importance part ofvocational educatio system of china, and the technican college is a main organization tocarry out technician education. Technican college takes the bond to cultivate the talents withtechnology and skill. The cultivation of the comprehensive quality is becoming acontemporary theme in the field of the technician education. This paper discuss how tocultivate the comprehensive quality in the technican college. The research content andviewpoint and conclusion as follow.

  First, comprehensive quality and the theoretical foundation to cultivate thecomprehensive quality. In terms of comprehensive quality, it is the dynamic integration ofmany sorts of qualities,and it also plays an significant role in the way of individuals'

  application to the social life and professional occupation, cultivating the comprehensivequality embody the basic spirit of quality-oriented education. Meanwhile it have a colour ofgeneral education. From STW theory, cultivating the comprehensive quality can helpstudents to transit from school to work.

  Second,the significance of cultivating the comprehensive quality in the echnicancollege. Cultivating the comprehensive qualit can promote students' caree sustsinabledevelopment, and can enhance the talent training quality, promote the connotativedevelopment of technican college too. To technician education, the cultivation of students'

  comprehensive quality has expanded the talent-cultivation-target in technican college andenriched educational contents.

  Third, The way of cultivating the comprehensive quality in the echnican college.

  Cultivating the comprehensive quality should to seek valid way. cultivating thecomprehensive quality should formulate an action fram, and the activity should close to thelife of students. In addition, cultivating the comprehensive quality should combination themoral education, and resort to the subjectivity and responsibility.

  Fourth, the classic example to cultivate the comprehensive quality. Chenzhou Technicancollege is a classic example in the exploration of cultivating students' comprehensivequality .On one hand,it has constructed a detailed act frame about the cultivation ofstudents' comprehensive quality, and on the other hand,it has not only insured theeffectiveness and the regular fonction of the cultivation for students' comprehensive quality,but has formulated a related system. From whole, Chenzhou Technican college's cultivationof students' comprehensive quality embody the basic spirit of quality-oriented education, andit is operability and activity,and have a colour of formative education, and exert thestudents' initiative.

  The cultivation of comprehensive quality is a realistic issue all technican college arefacing, and that needs all technical colleges conduct diversified exploration in the view oftheir own characters.
