摘 要
艺术教育是美育的核心，艺术教育在培养学生感受美、表现美、鉴赏美、创造美的能力，引领学生树立正确的审美观念，激发想象力和创新意识等方面承担着重要的使命和责任，有着不可替代的作用和功能。学校艺术教育是实施美育的最主要的途径和内容，学校艺术教育要取得应有的效应，艺术师资队伍的建设和研究凸显重要。
本课题以陕西省宝鸡地区山区县艺术教师现状为研究客体，客观地反映该地区山区艺术教师的现状、困惑，力图揭示问题的症结所在，有针对性地系统地提出改进和推进问题解决的方案和对策。以此为宝鸡地区山区县政府、教育部门科学合理地制定落实政策提供来自教学一线教师的“声音”;为提高山区艺术教师的专业素养和教学质量提供尚可操作的建设性方案；为提升我国山区艺术教育水平，使山区学生能够公平地享受“优质”艺术教育提供值得借鉴的思路；为唤起社会各界关注山区艺术教育、关注山区学生全面发展和健康成长尽绵薄之力。
本课题的研究内容分为五个部分。第一部分绪论，主要介绍选题的缘由、目的、意义，国内外研究现状，研究方法和研究内容，研究的创新点，并对相关概念进行界定。第二部分用描述研究方法对宝鸡山区中小学艺术教师现状进行调查分析。第三部分研究宝鸡山区中小学艺术教师队伍建设存在的问题。第四部分探究宝鸡山区中小学艺术教师队伍建设的相关对策；第五部分结语，主要阐述本课题在研究进程中的不足。

Abstract
