在当今这个网络技术与新媒体迅猛发展的时代，网络和新媒体已广泛应用于高校的管理和教学过程中，网络平台已逐步进入各大高校。网络信息技术和新媒体技术在不断的贯穿于高校教学与管理的各个环节。新媒体作为一种新的媒体，一个新的介质，在很短的时间内就在全国范围内迅速兴起。高校学生工作与新媒体结合起来，是紧跟时代步伐的表现，对高校学生工作的开展具有一定的促进作用及深远的时代意义。利用教育技术手段在高校开展学生工作，是高校学生工作模式的一种创新，是高校学生工作的新理念、新模式、新高度、新方法。
针对近年来网络技术和新媒体技术的快速发展，笔者以个人从事高校学生工作的亲身经验和心得体会为基础和依据，采用了多种研究方法，例如：文献研究法、经验总结法、观察总结法等，进行理论探索分析和实践研究。全文共分为四部分：第一部分为引言，主要阐述了本文论题的研究背景、研究方法、研究内容及研究意义；第二部分首先阐述了相关概念与基本理论，然后客观的、具体的介绍了网络新媒体；第三部分详细介绍了高校学生工作平台的需求分析与设计；第四部分着重阐述了学生工作平台的实现成果，以及结合教育技术相关的理论和模式在实际工作中应用的效果展示；最后，对本文所进行的研究进行总结并提出对今后工作的展望。
本论文的创新点在于把新媒体技术与高校学校工作结合起来，使教育技术的应用深入到高校学生工作的具体工作中，强调应用的实效性、实践性和可行性。网络平台以现有的新兴媒体为工具，对于学生工作者来说，降低了技术难度，提高了平台的可行性。
通过网络平台及时开展学生工作并及时解决学生实际问题，高校学生工作者可以通过平台与学生单独交流，辅导员随时上传健康的思想内容。

Abstract
With the rapid development of network technology and new media, in today’s era,network and new media are widely used in the processes of university management andteaching, and the network platform is gradually getting in colleges and universities. Thenetwork information and new media technology run through all links of university teachingand management. As an emerging communication carrier, the new media has swept the wholecountry in a short time. The combination of new media and university student management isan expression of following the trend of the times and has profound times significance toimprove university student management. Adopting education technology to developuniversity student management is an innovation, a new model, a new level and a new methodof university student management.
In recent years, as the rapid development of network and new media technologies, theauthor, who is engaged in the work of college students’ personal experience and to put it is asthe foundation and basis, using a variety of methods, such as: literature research, lessonssummary method, observation summary method, theoretical analysis and practical research toexplore the studying case.
This thesis consists of five parts. Starting with an overall introduction of the whole thesis,the main topic of this paper describes the research background, research methods, content andsignificance. In the second part, it firstly describes the basic concepts related to the theory,then the objective, specific introduction a network of new media. The third section details therequirements analysis and design college students working platform. The fourth part focuseson the realization of the results of student work platforms, as well as the effect of combiningtechnology-related educational theories and models applied in practical work. Finally, theauthor summarizes the research results and prospects for the future research work.
The innovation of this thesis is to combine the new media technology and universitystudent management to make the application of education technology goes deep intouniversity student management, emphasizing the application actual effects,practicality and feasibility. For student staff, the network platform using the present engagingmedia reduces technical difficulties and improves the feasibility of the platform. Through thenetwork platform, besides carry out student management and solve the actual problems in time, the counselor can make a separate conversation with the students through the platformand also can upload healthy content of thought.
