摘要
新常态下，国内经济整体下行，矿产品市场处于较低迷态势，供过于求，产能剩余，市场需求疲软等特征逐一显现，再加上国际矿业形势的压力，国内矿业企业面临着多样而复杂的市场风险。面临不稳定的外部环境，还有诸多不确定因素或者事件可能带来的影响，企业如何渡过难关，化险为夷，转危为机，这成为企业家们必须认真面对并加以重视解决的重要难题。同时，对于企业要想做大做强，增强其在国内甚至是世界范围内同行业的竞争优势，谋求企业在未来的长远发展，高效率的企业危机管理是至关重要的，必须使其成为日常企业管理活动的重要组成部分，构建完善的企业危机管理体系又有助于提升危机管理的效率。在充分考虑国情和实际的情况下，本文通过掌握基本、科学的危机管理相关理论知识和借鉴国内外企业危机管理的一些实践经验，结合钨企实际案例，较为深入地分析国内矿业企业危机管理现状，探索新常态下矿业企业危机管理创新体系，提出了当前矿业企业在危机管理方面树立良好危机意识、构建危机管理预防机制及构建危机管理专业队伍的对策，以便实现矿业企业能够尽早预控危机、减少损失的可能或使企业早日走出危机阴霾、恢复正常生产经营管理，希望对于经济新常态下矿业企业危机管理实践有所启示和帮助。

ABSTRAC
TUnder the new normal, the overall economic declines, the domestic mineralmarket is in a downward trend, supply exceeds demand, capacity surplus, weakmarket demand characteristics appeared one by one, plus the pressure ofinternational mining situation, the domestic mining enterprises are facing variousand complicated market risk. Facing the unstable external environment, there aremany uncertain factors or events that could have the impacts, how to survive, how tohead off a danger, how to turn the crisis into an opportunity,the entrepreneurs mustseriously face and attache importance to solve these great problems . At the sametime, if an enterprise becomes bigger and stronger, or increases the competitiveadvantage of industry in the country and even around the world , or strives for along-term development in the future, the efficient enterprise crisis management iscrucial, whice makes it become an important part of the daily management activities,and building a perfect enterprise crisis management system helps to improve theefficiency of crisis management. Fully considered that there are its own national andpresent condition, by means of mastering the essential and scientific theoryknowledge of crisis management and the pratical experience of crisis management athome and abroad , and combining an example of tungsten enterprise,and analyzingin-depth the present situation of crisis management of the domestic miningenterprises,in order to explore a system of crisis management of the miningenterprises under the new normal, and to put forward the countermeasures of crisismanagement for the present mining companies:establishment of a good crisisconsciousness, construction of the prevention and control mechanism of crisismanagement and construction of a team of crisis management, which makes realizeand control the crisis as soon as possible, reduce the likelihood of loss or make theenterprise out of the crisis haze at an early date, and resume the normal business andmanagement, i hope to bring some enlightenment and help for the practice of crisismanagement of mining enterprise under the new normal of economy.
