摘 要
民以食为天，食以安为先。由于有机农业在生产过程中不使用农药、化肥、转基因工程，所以可以提供纯天然、无污染、安全的有机食品。在食品问题频发的今天，发展有机农业不仅可以从源头上保障舌尖上的安全，还可以保护生态环境不被污染。另外，有机农业是劳动密集型农业，在生产过程中需要大量的劳动力，发展有机农业不仅可以解决农村剩余劳动力就业问题，还可以带动农民发家致富。中央一号文件连续 11 年聚焦“三农”问题，足以说明国家对农业、农村、农民的重视。
本文分六个章节，以有机农业为中心，分析研究了贵州能否发展有机农业、怎么发展有机农业的问题。第一章为导论，包括研究背景、研究目的和意义、国内外有机农业研究现状、以及研究内容和研究方法；第二章为相关理论的研究，首先，阐述了有机农业和有机食品的概念；其次，将有机农业与传统农业、常规农业进行比较，将有机食品与绿色食品、无公害食品进行比较；最后以生态经济学理论、循环经济学理论、可持续发展理论及品牌建设理论为基础来研究有机农业。第三章分析了贵州发展有机农业的必要性和可行性，在可行性分析中利用SWOT 模型分析了贵州发展有机农业的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战，得出贵州适宜发展有机农业的结论；第四章通过三个典型案例（仁怀市有机高粱种植、威宁草海有机茶园、黔东南生态养鸡）分析研究了其对应的三种有机农业发展模式（“有机订单农业”模式、单一有机农业技术发展模式、种养结合型复合生态模式），探索出适合贵州有机农业发展的模式；第五章根据 SWOT 的分析情况，结合案例研究情况，总结出贵州有机农业发展的对策建议；第六章为综合以上五章研究得出的结论。
本文对贵州有机农业发展进行了比较深入地分析研究，并对加快贵州有机农业发展的模式作了初步探索，以期为全省和地区有关部门、单位和企业今后研究有机农业发展问题提供参考。

Abstract
People rely on food, and food relies on safety. Without pesticides chemicalfertilizer and transgenic engineering, we can supply natural and non-pollution organicfood which is definitely safe. As problems of food keep showing up nowadays,agriculture development can guarantee the safety of diet and keep ecotope frompollutions and destruction. Because of labor-intensive features of organic agriculture,labor costs are largely needed during productive process. So agriculture developmentcan not only solve the problems of employment for rural surplus labor, but also makebetter lives for farmers.China really thinks highly of agriculture rural areas andfarmers by focusing on three rural issues in the No.1 Central Document for over 11years.
There're 6 sections for this thesis. Based on organic agriculture, this thesisfocuses on if and how Gui Zhou can develop organic farming. Phase I is introductorytheory, including the background the purpose and the significance of research,development status of domestic and overseas organic agriculture, also contents andmethod of this research. Phase II is correlation theory research. Firstly, expounded theconcept of organic farming and organic food. Secondly, made compare betweenorganic farming and traditional farming, organic food and pollution-free food. Andresearched organic agriculture based on theories of the ecological the economies thecircular economy sustainable development and brand building.Phase III is about thenecessity and possibility for developing organic farming in Gui Zhou. Theconclusion-Gui Zhou is able to develop organic farming was gotten by using SWOTmodel to analyses the strengthes weakness opportunities and threats in organicfarming development.Phase IV contains 3 typical cases- the organic broomcorn cropfarming in Ren Huai city, the Wei Ning Cao Hai organic tea garden, and the Qin DongNan ecological poultry. Then find the best way for developing organic farming in GuiZhou by analysing the corresponding organic farming development patterns--“organic ordering farming” mode, “simplex organic farming technique development”mode, and planting breeding combination--a kind of complex ecological mode.Inphase V, suggestions for developing organic farming in Gui Zhou are summarizedaccording to the result from SWOT and the 3 cases.In phase VI, synthesize the above5 phases to get the conclusion.
The development of organic agriculture in Gui Zhou was deeply analysed in thisthesis, and there's also a tentative exploration on accelerating it. To provide referencefor the province and regional related departments, companies, enterprises onresearches of organic agriculture.
