摘要
企业集团的财务公司作为我国经济体制改革和金融体制改革的双重产物，在我国现有的金融体系中占据着越来越重要的地位和作用，是我国“大企业、大集团”战略的配套政策之一。
但在当前，随着我国企业集团发展速度和国际化步伐的加快，企业集团对财务公司金融服务的需求不断扩大，财务公司自身发展的缺陷和问题也逐渐显现出来，其中特别显着的是财务公司风险管理能力不足的问题。在产融结合的运作过程中，财务公司面临许多不确定性的风险，只有通过全面风险管理，对各种风险作出及时正确的辨识、评价和控制，才能有效预防风险发生、控制风险及减少损失。
中粮集团财务有限责任公司是以加强中粮集团资金集中管理和提高集团资金使用效率为目的，为中粮集团成员单位提供金融服务的一家非银行金融机构，是一家典型集团企业，也是本文研究的主要对象。
本文将通过对中粮集团财务公司运作中的风险管理问题和不足进行详细的阐述，从财务公司的战略文化、业务操作、职能支持和信息化支撑四个层面着手，分析研究中粮集团财务公司风险管理能力的不足，并有针对性地制定加强中粮集团财务公司风险管理的对策。

Abstract
The finance company of Enterprise group, as the outcome of both the reform ofthe economic and financial system,occupies more and more important status and role,and it's one of the supporting policies of the Chinese strategy of “Big enterprise, Biggroup”.
But in the current, with the vast development of our country enterprise group andthe pace of internationalization, the shortcomings and problems of financialcompanies' development begins to emerge gradually,between them the problem ofinsufficient company risk management is especially notable. With the integration ofindustry and finance, the finance company is faced with many uncertain risks ? whichcan only be controlled and reduce the loss through comprehensive risk managementand making proper and timely identification, evaluation and control of risks.
COFCO Ltd Co. is established to strengthen the funds central management andto improve the efficiency of the operation of funds. It's a non-bank financialinstitution that provides financial services for the members of COFCO, is a typicalgroup enterprise, and it's also the main object of this thesis.
This article's analysis based on the four lays of strategy and culture, businessoperation,function support and informatization, to state the the risk managementproblems and shortcomings of COFCO in detail, and at last make out some riskmanagement countermeasures targeted to strengthen COFCO's risk management.
