第 6 章 结论与展望
6.1 结论。
本文研究大学生创业素质对创业意愿影响的实证研究，通过定性分析与定量分析结合，利用描述性统计分析、相关分析、平均数差异检验、结构方程模型分析方法、调节效应检验对数据进行分析处理，采用实证研究的方式研究大学生创业素质对创业意愿的影响，本文通过上述分析过程得出以下结论：
（1）创业素质包含创业意识、创业品质、创业知识、创业能力及创业态度五个方面。
本文认为创业素质包含创业意识、创业品质、创业知识、创业能力、创业态度五个方面，通过问卷设计、数据收集与整理，进行探索性因子分析验证创业素质包含创业意识、创业品质、创业知识、创业能力及创业态度五个方面。
（2）大学生创业素质对创业意愿有显著的正向影响。
实证分析结果表明创业意识、创业品质、创业知识、创业能力及创业态度对创业意愿有显著的正向影响，其中创业意识影响作用最大、其次是创业知识、创业能力、创业态度及创业品质，即大学生创业素质对创业意愿有显著的正向影响。
（3）创业氛围在创业意识对创业意愿的影响中起到显著的调节作用。
调节效应检验结果表明创业氛围对创业意识与创业意愿的影响有显著的调节效应，创业氛围越浓越有利于加强创业意识对创业意愿的影响，而对创业品质、创业知识、创业能力、创业态度均未起到显著的调节效应。
（4）性别在创业意识和创业态度与创业意愿的影响中起到显著的调节作用。
性别调节效应表明性别对创业意识和创业态度对创业意愿的影响有显著的调节作用，男性创业意识和创业态度对创业意愿的影响要强于女性，而对创业品质、创业知识及创业能力均未起到显著的调节作用。
6.2 局限及展望。
本研究中创业素质对创业意愿影响研究中存在以下局限，第一：模型的局限，本研究参考 OMEI 模型研究创业意愿，本文研究中只验证创业意愿的前因变量，对于创业意愿的结果变量并未涉及。第二：问卷设计的相关题项筛选过程受到主观因素的影响、收集过程中受到学生填写意愿及状态等主观因素的局限。第三：
由于时间、人力、财力、调查范围等多方面客观因素的局限，本研究以吉林大学在校生为调查对象收集了 779 份有效数据进行整理、分析，对大学生创业意愿进行研究。
考虑到本研究中受到上述原因的局限，未来可以从以下几个方面进行研究：
第一：完善 OMEI 模型，加入创业意愿的结果变量。第二：对于创业素质问卷测量题项的筛选及问卷填写过程进行控制；第三：加大样本数据的回收力度及调查范围，用不同的数据分析方法研究大学生创业素质对创业意愿的影响或进行不同学校间创业素质对创业意愿研究的对比分析。
