摘 要
泌阳县是河南省的一个农业大县，畜牧业尤其是肉牛养殖业在整个农业经济中占有重要的地位。该县是河南省的肉牛养殖大县，培育出了我国第一个肉牛品牌----夏南牛，是国家秸秆养牛示范县，世行贷款肉牛发展项目县。近些年，受国内生产、社会、经济形势的影响，各地肉牛总体存栏量逐年减少，泌阳县的肉牛存栏量减少情况也非常明显。作为传统的肉牛养殖大县，很多地区出现了无牛村、无牛户，说明人们对于肉牛养殖的积极性在降低，出现这种情况的原因可能有很多，本文将从肉牛养殖的规模效益方面进行探讨。
泌阳县肉牛养殖具有较好的养殖传统，比较丰富的养殖经验。但是泌阳县肉牛业发展的水平层次较低，存在的问题还有很多，肉牛业总体上的经济效益比较低。本文以河南省肉牛养殖具有代表性的泌阳县为例，以泌阳县肉牛养殖的不同模式为着眼点，通过实地调研，对数据的整理，对泌阳县不同肉牛养殖模式的经济效益情况进行分析。通过对不同育肥模式的经济效益的对比分析，探究不同饲养模式下的成本和收益情况，希望探讨出一种适合当地情况的、纯收益水平较高的饲养模式。文章最后从宏观和微观两个方面提出了可行性较高的政策建议，为不同养殖规模的选择和政府决策提供参考。

ABSTRACT
Biyang county is a large agricultural county in Henan province of animalhusbandry, especiallybeef farming occupies an important position in the wholeagricultural economy. The county isa large county of beef cattle breeding in HenanProvince, developed China's first brand of beef cattle -- Xia Nan cattle, is the national strawcattle Demonstration County, county beef cattle development project of World Bank loan. Inrecent years, affected by domesticproduction, social and economic situation, aroundthe overall amount of beef cattle herdsreduced year by year, Biyang County reduction is also veryobvious. As the cattle farming county tradition, many areas have no cattle village, no cattle, thatpeople enthusiasm for cattle breeding in the lower, the reason for this may be many, this paperwill discuss the benefits of beef cattle breeding scale.
Biyang County beef cattle breeding has good farming tradition, rich farming experience. But thelevel of development of beef industry in Biyang county is relatively low, there are a lotofproblems, the economic benefits of beef cattle industry in general is relatively low. This papertakes Henan province cattle breeding representative of Biyang County as an example, in BiyangCounty beef cattle breeding in different modes as the starting point, through fieldresearch, data consolidation, analysis of economic benefits of different modes of beef cattlebreeding in Biyang county. Through the comparison of different fattening mode of economicbenefits analysis, explore the costs and benefits of different feeding mode, hope toexplore afeeding mode suited to local conditions, the higher the level of net income. Finally, fromthe two aspects of macro and micro put forward higher feasibility and policyrecommendations,provide a reference for the choice of different scale of farming and governmentdecision-making.
