当代中国科学精神发展困境探讨

　　当代中国正处在历史发展的新起点上，正是由于中国坚持弘扬科学精神是取得了巨大的成功，因此，科学精神是促进中国的发展的核心动力与精神力量之基，为了达到预期的目标，必须继续推进科学发展的科学精神探索，包括特点和历史发展的真实价值的科学评价，准确分析当代科学精神的现实。找出存的问题与原因，合理设计提升科学精神的必经之路是促使中国科学蓬勃发展的哲学基础。
　　
　　本文以科学精神的含义以主特点为切入点，分成四大板块就该题旨展开了研究。就科学精神展开了各个视角、各个层面的分析。一开始将其含义、特征和历史演变作为切入点，从不同的角度对科学精神的概念进行了界定，从科学精神的内涵概括与延伸出科学精神的特点。通过对科学精神历史演变的追述，从现实的角度考察培育科学精神的价值，可从推进社会现代化、科学技术现代化与人的全面发展三个层面进行概括。科学精神既是“推进”的动力，也是“推进”的内容。
　　
　　再次，对坚持和培育科学精神存在的问题与原因进行了分析。最后，主要是阐述提升中国科学精神的主要路径，分别从教育、社会、思想三个方面进行分析。
　　
　　本文坚持以马克思主义为指导，探索科学精神的发展，以达到坚持和培育科学精神，提升科学精神现实价值之目的。为了使研究能从表象探测出精神之实质，在研究方法上，参照历史同逻辑相符的基本准则，秉持开阔的理性学术思维，注重结合实际运用，从多个方面、多个领域、多种视角加以分析，争取以整体研究作为纲领，并且辅以适当的细节验证，采用多个学科领域的理论以及方案，客观地对当代中国科学神精进行研究。

　　Contemporary China is at a new starting point of historical development, it isbecause of China's insistence on, cultivating scientific spirit, continuous upgrading ofthe real value of scientific spirit, innovation ascension path, only has made remarkableachievements, scientific spirit is the core to promote the development of China'spower and spiritual power, in order to realize the development of China's anticipatedtarget must continue to adhere to and cultivate scientific spirit, therefore, discussedthe connotation and characteristics of scientific spirit and the historical evolution,objectively evaluate the real value of the scientific spirit, analysis the existingproblems and reasons, the reasonable design ways to promote scientific spirit is torealize the philosophical foundation of the development of Chinese science.
　　
　　This article obtains from the connotation and characteristics of scientific spirit,through the four parts of the subject are discussed in this paper. Scientific spirit for themulti-angle research of multi-dimensional field of vision. Start with the connotationand characteristics of scientific spirit and historical evolution as the breakthroughpoint, from different angles to define the concept of scientific spirit, summarizes fromthe connotation of scientific spirit and stretch out the characteristics of the scientificspirit. Through the scientific spirit of historical evolution, recalled from a realisticperspective to foster the value of scientific spirit, from promoting the modernizationof society, science and technology modernization and summarized from three aspectsof man's all-round development.
