  中文摘要

  武术是中国传统文化的重要构成元素,历经数千年风雨锤炼,逐步发展成集健身、强体、休闲娱乐于一体,包含丰富锻炼方法和运动形式的综合性体育运动。
但在中等职业学校,武术仅作为选修教学内容进行授课。

  随着国家对职业教育的不断重视,中等职业学校基础教学改革迫在眉睫,而体育作为基础教学的必修科目,在课程目标、理念、教学内容、教学方法等方面都会发生很大变化,职业学校体育工作者需要在新的形势下,把握改革方向,开拓新的教学模式,以便更好的为职业教育专业人才培养服务。

  目前中等职业学校武术教学存在诸多不足,在新的《体育与健康》课程标准背景下,传统教学模式遇到前所未有的挑战,教学内容压缩,教法刻板无味,教学手段匮乏,再加上学校不重视等客观因素,武术在中等职业学校的生存地位岌岌可危。如何将武术教学与专业人才培养需要相结合是新形势下中等职业学校武术教学改革的创新和必然之路。本文在研究的过程当中主要运用了文献资料法、调查法以及实验法等,以淮安市中等职业学校武术选修课引用拓展训练模式为研究对象,并实施教学实验。最后得出如下结论:第一、中等职业学校武术选修课引用拓展训练教学模式,能够有效增强学生习武的兴趣,促进学生更好、更快掌握武术基本技能。第二、中等职业学校武术选修课引用拓展训练教学模式,通过有针对性的设置活动情景,让学生在浓烈的活动氛围充分展示自我、战胜自我、发掘自我,促使学生自信心、人际关系、社会适应以及心理健康等综合素质的均衡发展。第三、中等职业学校武术选修课引用拓展训练教学模式,经过使用科学的评价体系,在学习过程中进行跟踪测评,及时处理反馈信息,能够随时调整教学方案,做到以学生为中心的教学理念,课堂教学效果较好。第四、中等职业学校武术选修课引用拓展训练教学模式,通过与中等职业学校人才培养目标相结合,对学生的专业技能发展需求深入了解,设置与专业相关的武术内容,有效促进学生的专业技能发展。

    Abstract

  Martial arts is the important elements of Chinese traditional culture, after thousands ofyears of temper, and gradually developed into a set of fitness, strong body, leisure andentertainment in a body, containing rich in the form of exercise and sports comprehensivesports. But in the secondary vocational school, martial arts teaching elective teachingcontent only.

  As countries the continuous focus on vocational education and secondary vocationalschool based teaching reform is imminent, and sports as a compulsory subject of basicteaching, in the course target, idea, teaching content and teaching method will happen verybig change, vocational school sports workers need under the new situation, grasp thedirection of reform, to explore new teaching mode, in order to better serve the vocationaleducation professional personnel training.

  Secondary vocational schools of martial arts teaching has many insufficient at present,in the new \“ sports and health\” course standard background, encountered unprecedentedchallenges the traditional teaching mode, teaching content compression, dharma stodgy,lack of teaching means, coupled with the school do not take the objective factors, such asmartial arts in the survival status of secondary vocational schools in jeopardy. How tomartial arts teaching and the need of talent cultivation is the combination of secondaryvocational school of martial arts teaching reform under the new situation of innovation andthe inevitable path. In the process of study, this article mainly USES the literature materiallaw, investigation method and experimental method, etc., to human secondary vocationalschool wushu elective course reference to expand training mode as the research object, andimplementation of teaching  experiment. Finally the following  conclusions:  first, thedevelopment of secondary vocational school wushu elective course reference trainingteaching mode, can effectively enhance students' interest in martial arts, promote studentsbetter, faster to master basic skills, martial arts. Second, the development of secondaryvocational school wushu elective course reference training teaching mode, through targetedset of activities, lets the student in the activity of strong atmosphere full display, theconquest of the self, self, self help students self-confidence, interpersonal relationships,social adaptation and mental health, etc. The balanced development of the comprehensivequality. Third, the development of secondary vocational school wushu elective coursereference training teaching mode, through the use of scientific evaluation system, trackingmeasurement in the learning process, feedback information in a timely manner, can adjustthe teaching plan, achieve student-centered teaching concept, teaching effect is better.

  Fourth, the development of secondary vocational school wushu elective course referencetraining teaching  mode,  by  combining  with the talents training  goal  of  secondaryvocational schools, insight into the demand for students' professional skills development,set up related to professional wushu content, effectively promote the development ofstudents' professional skills.
