结论
本研究通过对某省会城市综合性三级甲等教学医院病房护士对手卫生的知识、感知、行为进行现状调查，分析其影响因素并制定针对性的措施进行干预比较干预前后手卫生状况，评价干预效果，得出以下结论大部分病房护理人员已经认识到手卫生的重要性，但是手卫生知识感知水平仍有待提高病房护理人员手卫生依从性仍不尽如人意，干预方法亟需改善提髙改善手卫生综合水平的干预措施是在科学配置人力资源、减轻工作强度的基础上，合理配备手卫生设施，优化操作流程，管理者加大管理力度，培养提高带教老师引导临床其他普通护士的意识和能力，共同加强和持之以恒地对护理人员进行手卫生培训和监督，应该是改善手卫生依从性最为有效的方法本研究为干预性研究，虽然干预前后手卫生知识、感知及行为方面改善程度不大，但是仍然是改善手卫生的重要措施之一。
