第 5 章 结 论
1.长春市护士人文关怀品质总体水平良好，在人文关怀知识，人文关怀理念方面得分相对略低，需要加强护士人文关怀知识的培训和护士人文关怀理念的培养，提高护士人文关怀水平。
2.护士人文关怀品质的影响因素主要有：同事关心程度，最终学历，职称，工作年限，科室，性别。关怀品质得分最高的是主管护师，具有硕士学历，工作年限>15 年的护理人员。
3.根据调查结果，同事的关心是护士人文关怀品质的重要影响因素。所以管理者应组织科室护士参加娱乐活动，增强同事间的交流沟通，在同事间宣传人文关怀理念，营造浓厚的科室人文氛围等有助于提高护士的人文关怀品质。
