摘 要
技工院校教育是面向社会、企业培养德才兼备的高素质技能型人才的教育。坚持校企合作、产教融合，既是发展现代职业教育的基本原则，也是技工院校发展的重要途径。
校园文化建设中融入优秀企业文化，能够丰富技工院校校园文化的内涵，促进技工院校校企合作的深入开展，推进技工院校内涵发展，提升学校的核心竞争力。企办技工院校在校园文化建设中融入企业文化有着得天独厚的优势，本文通过理论分析和实证研究相结合，通过文献研究法、社会调查法、案例分析法的研究方法，从分析校园文化与企业文化的异同入手，以中国西电集团公司附属西安技师学院校园文化建设中的企业文化融入为个案，结合笔者多年技工院校校园文化建设经验，尝试从校企文化融入的角度分析技工院校校园文化建设，寻求技工院校校企文化融入的对策。
中国西电集团公司企业文化对其举办的西安技师学院校园文化建设有着深刻的影响，文章从物质文化建设、精神文化建设等五方面分析西安技师学院校园文化建设中企业文化的融入案例。分析西安技师学院校园文化建设中企业文化融入成功经验和存在问题，成功之处在于学院校园文化建设中融入企业文化的必要性得到了充分的认识，提升了学生的职业素养，学院发展企业特色明显。存在问题在于校园文化建设中企业文化融入的深度不够，融入的途径和保障措施不到位，缺乏必要的监督与评价反馈机制。探讨技工院校校园文化建设中的企业文化融入的对策。技工院校校园文化建设中企业文化融入，必须坚持主动、系统、选择、开放原则，坚持以就业为导向，以学生为中心，全员践行的目标、必须完善组织保障、宣传保障、资金保障、互动保障的保障措施，实施以物质文化建设为基础，以精神文化建设为核心，以制度文化建设为保障，以行为文化建设为抓手，以课程文化建设为载体的融入途径，运行“天然融入式”、“政策引导式”、“主动构建式”的融入模式，借鉴 ISO9000 质量管理理念，建立“三方审核式”过程检测与控制系统和持续改进的反馈机制。

ABSTRACT
The education of technical school is to cultivate talents for society and enterprises whohave both ability and political integrity, are highly qualified and skilled.
