自 21 世纪以来，“农民、农村、农业” 问题一直都被列为我国政府和社会工作的重中之重。世界各国历史的经验告诉我们，知识改变命运，教育是经济发展的排头兵。
作为一个正在向工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化全面转型的人口大国，教育在我国民族振兴、社会和谐和经济发展中有着举足轻重的作用。因此，要促进我国农村地区的经济发展，缩小城乡差距，实现共同富裕，构建和谐社会，必须教育先行。
吉林省地处东北部，是我国的农业大省，农业产出名列前茅。对吉林省农村社区教育进行研究探索，一方面是吉林省近年来经济连创佳绩、再上一层楼的必然选择；另一方面是研究结果在全国主要省市具有可推广、可借鉴和可参考的理论价值和实践意义。
本文在充分研读前人国内外文献资料的基础上，以吉林省农村社区教育为研究对象，结合社会学、管理学、教育学和心理学等学科知识，深刻剖析吉林省农村社区教育的现状和问题，并进一步从政府、经济、科技和社区居民发掘背后影响吉林省农村社区教育的主要因素。然后，设计切合当地实际的访谈和调查问卷，选取吉林省长春市九台区、双阳区和农安县三个区域进行问卷调查和访谈，通过大量的实地调查研究，对吉林省农村社区教育现状进行了分析和总结。最后，根据定性分析和调研结果，希望抛砖引玉，提出了吉林省农村社区教育后续发展的思路和对策。

Abstract
Since 21st Century, the issues regarding farmers, rural areas, agriculture industry havebeen listed on the topside of workload in China's government and society. The historicexperience of the nations around the World tells us, knowledge changes the fate andeducation is the pioneer of economy development. Therefore, in order to impetus theeconomy development of rural areas, narrow the distance of urban and rural, achievecommon prosperity and construct harmonious society, education must proceed firstly.
Jilin Province is located in the east-north of China and its agricultural output ranksamong the top list in the nation. Conducting the research on the rural community educationof Jilin Province, on one hand, it's because Jilin witness rapid growth in economy, whichmakes it necessary for further development; on the other hand, the research result of Jilin hastheoretical value and practical meaning for promotion in other provinces or cities.
The paper bases on the abroad and domestic literatures, takes Jilin rural communityeducation as study object, combines the theories and the knowledge of society, management,education and psychology, analyzes the current situation of Jilin rural community education,further finds out the main elements that affect the development from the aspect of thegovernment, economy, technology and community citizens. Then the author designs suitableinvestigation questionnaires, chooses Changchun Jiutai District, Shuangyang District andNongan Town to conduct investigation and makes conclusion on the problems after on-siteresearch. Finally, according to the qualitative analysis and investigation result, the paperproposes the thinking method and relative strategies for ongoing development of Jilin ruralcommunity education.
