摘要
郑州多彩科技实业有限公司(以下简称多彩科技)是一家有着十二年国际业务经验的企业,在经历了意外收获、全面扩张和业务停止的国际化工作三个阶段后,其企业管理层对未来的国际市场充满困惑。以此为背景,并本着为企业国际业务找到新思路、实现再发展的目标,本文作者对其过去工作中的问题进行了细致、深入的梳理和分析,并最终形成了一个“走进入,请进来”的国际化工作10年战略规划,期望到2025年实现业务翻三番、行业前两名的历史性突破。
本文紧密结合企业实际情况,力求做出一篇既符合理论逻辑,又有现实指导意义的企业国际化发展战略规划。因此,在第一部分首先简单介绍了本文的写作背景和意义之后,就用大量篇幅着重研究和分析企业和市场情况。所以,第二部分是对公司情况、特别是其国际业务的三个阶段的详细介绍。在研究行业的需求和供应特点后,对多彩科技过去的国际业务工作进行了分析,并总结出企业在战略规划、产品布局、人才培养等方面工作的不足。在第三部分,又结合企业性质和股权结构、营销能力和技术储备等方面情况,和宏观经济与行业竞争情况对企业的内、外部环境分别进行分析,并运用SWOT分析的方法,对企业自身的优劣势,及现阶段面临的机遇与威胁做出判断。第四部分是战略制定环节。文中首先介绍了制定该战略的理论依据和企业的发展愿景,并以此为前提,结合对企业环境的分析,确定了多彩国际未来10年发展的总体目标,然后结合这个目标,分别制定了未来发展的、包含产品组合、目标市场、竞争优势等内容的业务战略,和包含市场营销、人力资源、技术研发等内容的职能战略。第五部分介绍如何确保对战略进行完整准确的执行,主要提出了对执行前准备工作的安排和执行过程中的评估和管理,以及配套的管理制度等。最后是论文的结论部分。主要通过对多彩科技国际化工作的研究和未来战略的制定,得出国际化工作在发展历程、方式方法和工作管理等方面的主要特征。
通过这一系列的分析可以看出,多彩科技的国际化事业己经走到了一个十字路口,以往简单的出口贸易己很难再继续获得大的发展,即使是发展中国家市场,也要考虑如何更深度地与客户合作,更深入地了解和满足客户的需求。要从走出去到走进去,从产品卖到国外,到整合全球资源,特别是高级人力资源,让全世界优秀的管理和创新智慧为我所用,这才是这家企业实现可持续发展的国际化之路。

Abstract
Zhengzhou Duocai Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as DuocaiTechnology) is a company with 12 years of international business experience,after three stages of windfall worldwide expansion and internationalization stop,the corporate management of this company is full of confusion for their futureinternational business. Against this background, to find a new way forinternational business, and achieve the goal of further development, the author oftheir work-related problems in the past carried out a detailecl thorough combingand analysis, and ultimately the formation of a “enter deeply market, hire highquality people ”the international strategic planning work for 10 years, until 2025to achieve a 8 times increasing, and rank top2 in this industry.
In this paper, the author cbsely combine with real situation, to make alogically consistent with the theory, and practical significance of interna廿onalbusiness development strategic planning. Thus, the first part introduces thebackground and significance of the writing of this article, after plenty of spaceresearch and analysis focused on business and market conditions. Therefore, thesecond part is the company's situation, in particular the three stages of itsinternational operations in detail After studying the demand and supplycharacteristics of the industry, the past of international operations of DuocaiTechnology are analyzed and summarized in terms of lack of enterprises strategicplanning, product distribution, and personnel training. The third part is mainly;for combination corporate nature and ownership structure, marketingcapabilities and technical reserves, etc., and macroeconomic and industrycompetition within the enterprise, the external environment is analyzedseparately, and the use of SWOT analysis method, on their own strengths andweaknesses, and the opportunities and threats facing the stage to make ajucfement. The fourth part is a part of strategy development. This paperintroduces the development of theoretical and business development vision of thestrategy, and this premise, combined with the analysis of the businessenvironment, to determine the overall goal of Duocai Technology development inthe next 10 years, and then combined with this goal, namely the development ofthe future ctevelopment, business strategy include portfolio, target market,competitive advantage and other content; and functional strategies includemarketing, human resources, technology and R&D content. The fifth partdescribes how to ensure complete and accurate implementation of the strategy,the main arrangements proposed for the implementation and execu廿on of thepreparatory work before the assessment and management, as well as supportingthe management system.
