摘 要
在设备资产管理的持续改进流程中,科学的备件定额有助于保障设备的正常运行。备件库存过多会导致资金积压,减少企业的流动资金,报废的备件降低企业的利润;备件库存过少又将影响生产的正常运作,特别是影响设备维修工作的正常进行。通过备件库存管理及优化工作,可以在保障生产的前提下,降低库存相关的费用,达到备件需求和供给的最佳平衡点。
备件库存管理及优化的理念是平衡备件的需求和保障,即能维持合理的备件库存以满足计划性和非计划性维修对备件的需求,同时避免备件超储。论文首先在分析对备件库存管理相关文献进行综述的基础上,分析了JT 公司备件库存管理的发展现状。接着,以问题分析为基础,认为 JT 公司备件库存管理存在以下问题:一是设备通用性差导致备件储备的品种繁多;二是备件主数据信息不准确影响计划准确率;三是备件采购周期不确定导致设备管理的风险;四是备件管理缺乏储备定额的管理机制;五是备件缺少科学的库存控制方法。然后,从备件库存管理指导思想、备件库存管理优化目标、备件库存管理优化范围、备件库存分类优化、备件库存流程优化等方面给出了 JT 公司备件库存管理优化方案。论文最后从以下三个提出了该方案实施的保障措施:第一,提高备件计划管理水平;第二,加大保险件外部联合储备;第三,积极开展进口备件国产化。

ABSTRACT
In the continuous improvement process of equipment asset management,scientific spare parts quota is helpful to guarantee the regular operation of equipment.One the one hand, excessive spare parts inventory always leads to the backlog offunds, thus reducing the corporate liquidity, and scrap parts can easily reducecorporate profits, on the other hand, scarce spare parts inventory usually affects thenormal operation of the production, the regular repair work of equipment in particular.Through the spare parts inventory management and optimization work, it can't onlyreduce inventory costs in the premise of guaranteeing the production, but also reachthe optimal balance of demand and supply of spare parts.
The concept of spare parts inventory management and optimization is to balancethe demand and guarantee of spare parts, thus maintaining the reasonable spare partsinventory to meet the planned and unplanned demand of repair parts, meanwhile,excessive spare parts inventory being avoided. The paper firstly analyzes the presentdevelopment situation of spare parts inventory management of JT Company on thebasis of comprehensive analysis of spare parts inventory management relatedliterature. Then, based on the previous problem analysis, the following problemsarising in spare parts inventory management of JT Company are pointed out : firstly,the poor generality of the equipment leads to a wide variety of spare parts; secondly,the inaccurate information of the main data impacts the planning accuracy rate;thirdly, the uncertainty of the spare parts purchasing circle causes the risk ofequipment management; fourthly, it is lack of spare parts management mechanism forinventory quota; fifthly, it is lack of scientific methods of inventory control of spareparts. Then spare parts inventory management optimization program of JT Companyis put forward on the basis of the following aspects: the guiding ideology of spareparts inventory management, the goal of spare parts inventory managementoptimization, the range of spare parts inventory management optimization,classification and process optimization of spare parts inventory. Finally, threesafeguard measures of implementing the program are introduced: first, improving thespare parts planning management level; second, increasing the outside Unitedreserves of insurance parts; third, actively carrying out the localization of importedspare parts.
