摘要
在供应链管理模式下,库存管理能力的高低,库存的多与少不单单会影响到单个企业的成本,而且还会对处于整条供应链上的各个企业的效率和运作产生极大的限制和制约。库存管理和库存控制是企业管理过程中不可缺少的核心部分,是整条供应链上处于各个节点的企业能否实现合作、实现共赢、实现集成管理的关键因素。随着供应链管理理论的广泛应用,供应链模式下的库存管理和库存控制中的问题在不断的暴露出来,并需要及时的得到解决。所以,为了提高整条供应链的效能、节约相关供应链成本,积极的对供应链管理模式下的企业库存管理和控制进行研究,具有重要的意义,并成为当下的研究热点。
本文的研究对象为KF公司的库存管理问题。KF公司为一家民营高科技集团上市公司,其拥有多个子公司,主营业务为改性塑料的研发、生产和销售。
文章首先对国内外库存管理研究现状进行了综述;其次,阐述了传统库存管理理论和供应链模式下库存管理理论;再次,介绍了KF公司及其所处行业的基本情况,并对KF公司库存管理现状进行了分析,找出了影响库存管理的因素和问题;最后,结合KF公司的库存管理问题,从供应链管理库存的理论角度给出了改善措施和建议。
通过文章的研究,希望能对改性塑料行业内的企业的库存管理改善有所帮助。

ABSTRACT
Under supply chain management, the inventory and the level of inventory managementability not only affect the cost of a single enterprise, but also limit and restrict the efficiencyand operation of each company of the whole supply chain. Inventory management andinventory control is the core part of enterprise management and is the key factor for eachcompany located on different node of the supply chain to cooperate to achieve a win-winsituation and to realize integrated management. With the widely application of supply chainmanagement theory, the problems of inventory management and control under supply chainmodel are constantly exposed and need to be addressed promptly. So, in order to improve theefficiency of supply chain and save related cost, the active research on inventory managementand control has great significance and also become the research focus in the present.
The research object of this thesis is inventory management of KF Company. As anon-government owned hi-technology listed company, KF Company has a lot of subsidiariesand the company's main business is research, production and sales of modified plastic.
This paper first reviews the present study of inventory management both in China andabroad. Part two mainly expounds the traditional inventory management theory and inventorymanagement theory under supply chain model. Part three introduces the basic situation of KFCompany under the whole plastic industry and analyzes the present inventory managementstatus of KF Company and then finds out the factors and problems that affect inventorymanagement. The last part puts forward some improvement measures and suggestions fromthe perspective of theory of supply chain inventory management according to the inventorymanagement problems of KF Company.
Finally, hope this thesis will be helpful to the improvement of company's inventorymanagement of modified plastic industry.
