摘 要
供应链金融的概念起源于 20 世纪 80 年代，在 21 世纪初期获得快速的发展。供应链金融的出现与发展，不仅仅是给金融行业带来了业务创新，同时也为国内相当多的第三方物流企业带来了巨大的收入增长，也使得供应链上的很多中小企业融资难的问题得以解决。本文通过对中小型企业融资难的角度入手，引出供应链融资的新型融资模式，剖析出作为供应链融资中核心企业的物流仓储企业如何有效的开展供应链融资，研究物流仓储企业供应链融资的模式以及风险，可以促使该类企业提高管理水平，加强内部控制，以便更好的控制风险，同时为依托物流仓储企业进行融资的中小企业提供参考和模式选择。在文中的第一部分主要就课题的研究背景进行了介绍，明确了课题研究的目的以及意义，并从整体上对论文的结构进行了介绍。文章的第二部分主要就中小企业融资难、供应链融资的起源和发展状况进行了综述。第三部分主要从理论上分析了供应链融资以及其不同融资模式、特点及可能存在的风险。第四部分分别从 TZL 物流仓储公司的实际案例分析具体的风险操作管理过程。第五部分通过前一部分的实际案例总结一般物流仓储企业为开展供应链融资的一般适用性及风险控制要点。最后对文章收尾，展望未来电子商务、金融融资平台与供应链融资的无缝对接和发展前景。

Abstract
The concept originated in the supply chain finance in the 1980s, early access torapid development in the 21st century.The emergence of supply chain finance anddevelopment, not just to the financial industry has brought business innovation, butalso a considerable number of domestic third-party logistics enterprises tremendousrevenue growth, but also makes a lot of SMEs financing difficulties in the supplychain the problem is solved. Based on SMEs financing difficulties angles, leads tonew financing model of supply chain finance,supply chain financing parse out as thecore business of logistics and warehousing companies how to effectively carry out thesupply chain finance, supply chain logistics and warehousing research fundingpatterns and risk, can promote such enterprises to improve management, strengtheninternal controls, in order to better control risk, while providing choice to rely on areference model for SMEs logistics and warehousing companies for financing. In thefirst part of this paper mainly on the research background were introduced, a clearpurpose and significance of the research, and the overall structure of the thesis areintroduced. The second part of the article on SME financing, supply chain financingconcept and connotation were reviewed. The third part is analyzed theoreticallysupply chain financing and its different financing models, features and risks that mayexist. The fourth part were analyzed specific risk management process operation fromactual cases TZL logistics and warehousing companies. The fifth part summarizes partof the actual case before the general logistics and warehousing companies to carry outthe general applicability of the supply chain financing and risk control points anddirection. Finally, the article ending, seamless look to the future and prospects ofe-commerce,finance and supply chain financing platform for financing.
