摘要
任何企业在经营过程中都面临着一定的财务风险,尤其是上市公司,一旦陷入财务危机将会对上市公司的各个方面造成影响,导致上市公司部分或全部持续上市条件丧失,甚至面临退市的风险.目前国内外对于预警财务系统的研究仍主要局限于针对某一类企业构建的预警财务系统,且现今多数公司对建立独立的财务预警系统仍较缺乏理论方向的指导,仅有少数公司有能力独立创建一个财务预警系统.首先,本文对财务风险的内涵与特征、当前我国中小型上市企业财务风险的防范措施进行了阐述,并对国内外财务风险的有关管理机制进行了比较.然后,运用较为易懂的财务风险预测系统对上市公司进行了财务风险防范,并从定性与定量两方面内容对该财务风险预测系统进行研究,通过对我国企业的实际情况进行全面分析,选取了较具有说服力的偿债、盈利、发展能力等指标,并且将非财务信息等指标引入,使预警财务指标体系更为完整.最后,本文构建了一个较为综合的预测分析方法,对企业财务风险进行了评估与预警.本文在研究中发现,在仅对上市公司对外公布的财务数据进行分析研究的条件下,该方法仍具有对企业财务和风险状况进行较好评价预警的能力.最后,希望本文的论证结论可以对我国企业在评定财务风险时起到一定的借鉴作用.

Abstract
As we all know, Every business will inevitably face a financial risk, especially listedcompanies, once caught in the financial crisis will affect all aspects of a listed company,when the part of condition or all of the continued listing of the loss,that listed companies willinevitably face the back stock market of reality. Currently, the majority of domestic andforeign research on corporate financial early warning system is limited to the study of aparticular class of business early warning model, in addition, only a few companies toestablish a financial early warning system, mainly the lack of theoretical guidance. Firstly,the financial risks of the content and features elaborate and further expounded China's currentnumber of preventive measures for small and medium listed companies1 financial risks,based on the domestic and international financial risk management on the comparison, inthis particular easily understood with a simple understand financial risk prediction systemprevent listed companies financial risk. The system!s analytical methods from bothqualitative and quantitative aspects of the study and through the analysis of the actualsituation of Chinafs enterprises to select more convincing solvency, profitability, capacitydevelopment and other indicators, and the introduction of non-financial information, earlywarning indicator system more complete. Establish a comprehensive predictive analysis oncorporate financial risk assessment and early warning. The results show that the method usingonly financial data in a listed company announced the premise has a better ability of theenterprise's financial position and risk profile evaluation warning. I hope this article candemonstrate our corporate financial risk assessment play a certain role.
