摘要
迈入二十一世纪，世界信息技术迅速发展，基于互联网平台信息技术运用日益广泛，尤其是社会生产领域内信息技术运用方面。如今，市场竞争激烈，一个企业的信息水平对其生存与竞争有着非常重要的意义，直接反映出企业的生存能力与市场竞争能力。企业项目信息管理系统是企业信息化集中管理系统，能够对企业的相关信息进行集中化处理，对企业项目实施全面化信息管理，可以在很大程度上提升企业项目管理效率，进而促进企业发展。
本文针对于企业项目信息管理系统进行研究，结合实际案例开展分析和研究，以N公司为实际研究案例，首先分析N公司项目信息管理系统运用现状，在分析现状的基础上探讨项目信息管理系统问题，在国内外相关文献的基础上对项目信息管理系统相关问题进行探究，并针对性地提出相应的改进建议，进而促进N公司项目信息管理系统运用水平提升，也可以为其他企业提供借鉴。本文一共分为六个部分，第一部分为绪论，主要为研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究目的等相关内容进行分析，为全文的研究奠定相应的基础。
第二部分为理论研究基础，主要对项目管理理论、项目信息管理系统等相关理论进行阐述，为全文的研究奠定相应的理论基础。第三部分为N公司项目信息管理系统现状及问题分析，主要对N公司项目管理系统概况、N公司项目管理系统现状、系统改进可行性进行分析。第四部分为N公司项目信息管理系统改进建议，主要对N公司项目信息管理系统问题探究相应的改进建议。第五部分为实施保障，主要对N公司项目管理系统实施保障措施进行分析。第六部分为结论与展望部分，主要对全文进行总结，并对未来研究进行展望。

ABSTRACT.
Entering the twenty-first Century, the world's information technology isdeveloping rapidly. Based on the Internet platform, the application of informationtechnology is more and more extensive, especially in the field of social production.
Nowadays, the market competition is intense. The information level of a company isvery important for its existence and competition. It directly reflects the viability andmarket competitiveness of an enterprise. Enterprise project management informationsystem is the enterprise information management system, can carry out centralizedprocessing information related to the enterprise, the implementation of thecomprehensive information of enterprise project management, enterprise projectmanagement can improve the efficiency to a great extent, and then promote theenterprise to enhance the development of project managementThis article make research on enterprise project management information system,combined with the analysis and research of the actual case, taking N company as areal case study, firstly analyzes the present situation of N company using the projectmanagement information system, project management information system based onthe analysis of current situation of the problem, based on domestic and foreignliterature for the problem of project information to explore the management system,and put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions, and promote the Ncompany project management information system to enhance the level of use, canalso provide reference for other enterprises. This paper is divided into six parts. Thefirst part is the introduction, mainly for the research background, researchsignificance, domestic and foreign research status, research purposes and other relatedcontents, so as to lay the foundation for the full text research. The second part is thetheoretical research foundation, mainly elaborates on the theory of projectmanagement, project information management system and other related theories,laying the corresponding theoretical foundation for the full text research.
