摘 要
当前我国经济的快速发展，为施工企业带来机遇的同时，也为施工企业带来了更为激烈的竞争。施工企业要想在同行业中脱颖而出，除了引进技术和人才之外，企业还需具有高效的内部控制。其中成本控制是内部控制的首要组成部分，也是企业实现良好收益的基础。所以，企业必须重视成本管理，提升企业的核心竞争力。
本文结合工程实例，对某项目的施工成本控制进行了部分研究，主要研究内容和结论如下：
首先，概括分析了我国施工企业的发展现状，概述了国内外成本控制的研究现状，提出了研究内容，研究方法和研究思路，然后概述了项目成本控制的基本理论作为本文的理论依据。成本理论包括其概念、构成、分类和分析方法，成本控制理论包括其概念、依据、原则和措施等几方面概述。成本控制的措施主要从组织、技术和经济三方面进行了论述。
其次，本文分析了当前工程项目存在的缺陷，包括成本控制意识缺乏，成本组织混乱，成本控制方法不合理、成本控制缺乏完善的制度保障等，针对以上存在的缺陷，提出了相关的对策。包括增强各阶段成本控制意识、建立健全成本控制体系、建立可行的成本控制依据等。
再次，本文通过对某公司施工项目成本控制现状的调查，总结其施工项目成本控制的方法，着重分析其施工项目成本控制存在的主要问题，在此基础上，提出了加强施工项目成本控制的措施。
最后，结合S型曲线比较法、成本累计比较法和挣值法分析施工项目的进度和成本差异，找出原因，及时纠偏。

Abstract
At present, China's rapid economic development, for the construction enterprisesto bring opportunities at the same time, but also for the construction enterprises tobring more intense competition. Construction enterprises in order to stand out in thesame industry, in addition to the introduction of technology and talent, enterprisesneed to have efficient internal control. Which cost control is the primary componentof internal control, but also the basis for good business income. Therefore, enterprisesmust pay attention to cost management, enhance the core competitiveness ofenterprises.
In this paper, a part of the research on the construction cost control of a project iscarried out with the engineering examples. The main contents and conclusions are asfollows:
First of all,First of all, a general analysis of the status quo of China's constructionenterprises, summarizes the research status of cost control at home and abroad, putsforward the research contents, research methods and research ideas, and thensummarizes the basic theory of project cost control as the theoretical basis of thispaper. Cost theory includes its concept, composition, classification and analysismethods, cost control theory, including its concept, basis, principles and measures inseveral aspects outlined. Cost control measures are mainly discussed in terms oforganization, technology and economy.
Secondly, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current project, includingthe lack of cost control consciousness, the confusion of cost organization, theunreasonable cost control method, the lack of perfect system control of cost control,and puts forward the relevant countermeasures for the above shortcomings. Includingthe enhancement of cost control awareness at all stages, the establishment of a soundcost control system, the establishment of a viable cost control basis.Thirdly, this paper summarizes the method of cost control of construction project,analyzes the main problems of cost control of construction project, and puts forwardsome measures to strengthen the cost control of construction project.The finally, combined with S-curve comparison method, cost cumulativecomparison method and earned value method to analyze the progress and cost ofconstruction project differences, find out the reasons for timely correction.
