摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展与进步,人们的物质需求、生活水平的逐步提升,以及科学技术的广泛应用,市场上家电产品种类逐渐丰富,功能也越来越齐全。然而,家电产品的更新换代在为人们生活提供方便的同时,不仅缩短家电产品的使用周期,还对我们所生活的环境带来负担。近年来,全球气候变暖已对世界各地产生严重影响,给人们的日常生活带来不便,全世界都在关注气候问题,况且,随着环保宣传工作的不断深入,人们的环保意识也逐渐提升。此外,为减少环境污染和资源浪费,我国乃至全世界都将关注的目光投入到废旧家电产品的逆向物流问题上,然而,关于废旧家电逆向物流运作模式选择的相关研究是实施逆向物流的必要前提。因此,怎样使废旧家电逆向物流运作模式得选择趋于合理化,成为本文讨论的关键问题。
本文从定性与定量两个方面综合考虑,通过借助我国及国外的逆向物流、废旧家电逆向物流等有关文献的查阅总结,基于废旧家电逆向物流等相关的理论,对于运作模式的选择进行综合的探讨。首先,本文对国内的废旧的家用电器现状进行了分析,定义了逆向物流的概念,总结了其类型与特点,并对废旧家电逆向物流的形成原因及运行过程中存在的问题等方面进行分析,以此为基础,对废旧家电逆向物流的各方研究进行了比较综合的论述。其次,将废旧家电产品作为前提,对自营、联盟及第三方这三种逆向物流运作模式的优、劣势和适用的情况进行了分析比较。再次,从政治、经济、社会、技术四个方面,分析了对废旧家电逆向物流运作模式选择具有影响的主要因素,以指标构建原则为依据,结合影响因素筛选出适合的指标并试着建立了废旧家电逆向物流运作模式选择的评价指标体系。运用模糊层次综合评价法(FAHP),收集并整理数据后,通过EXCEL 软件进行求解。最后,通过算例分析,对本文所构建的废旧家电逆向物流运作模式选择评价模型的可操作性进行了验证,并确定联盟模式的更优性。

Abstract
With the continuous development and progress of our society and economy, people'smaterial needs, living standards gradually improve, and the extensive application of scienceand technology, electrical home appliances products on the market gradually rich, functionalso more and more complete. Home appliance product upgrading, however, at the same timeof provide convenience for people to live, not only shorten the product life cycle of homeappliances , but also on the environment we live burden . In recent years, global warming hasa serious impact on all over the world, causing inconvenience to People's Daily life, the wholeworld is concerned about climate issues , with the deepening of the environmental protectionpropaganda work, people's environmental protection consciousness also gradually improve. Inaddition, in order to reduce environmental pollution and waste of resources, our country andthe world will pay attention to the reverse logistics problem of waste household appliances,however, the choice of discarded appliances reverse logistics mode of operation is animportant guarantee for the implementation of reverse logistics .
This article will combine qualitative and quantitative methods, based on reverse logisticsof waste household appliances and other related theory, and reverse logistics operation modeof waste household appliances at home and abroad through reading a large number of relevantliterature. Firstly, the thesis analyzes the status of waste household appliances in our country,makes the definition of reverse logistics, summarizes the characteristics and types of reverselogistics, and to analyze the causes of waste household appliances reverse logistics andimplementation barriers and other issues, the research on reverse logistics of waste householdappliance on the basis of the review. Secondly, on the premise of waste home appliancesproduct, and the advantages and disadvantages of self- applicable conditions , the threealliances and third-party reverse logistics mode of operation are analyzed and compared .
Once again, from the four aspects of politics, economy, society, technology, carries on theanalysis comparison of specific factors affecting the selection of waste appliance reverselogistics operation mode, based on principles of building indexes, combined with theinfluencing factors of suitable indexes and build the reverse logistics operation mode selectionof waste household appliances evaluation index system. The use of fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), collect and analyze data, are solved by EXCELsoftware. Finally, a numerical example to verify discarded appliances paper constructs reverselogistics operation mode selection evaluation model maneuverability and determine thealliance superiority.
