摘要
随着社会的进一步发展，经济不断实现跨越，人们对教育的要求日益提升，对教育管理的理念不断明晰，中小学学校管理逐步规范。然而，中小学教学事故时有发生，也受到了社会的广泛关注和学校的积极应对。显然，研究中小学教学事故及其管理策略，对于改善中小学教育教学管理具有较强的现实意义。
论文运用文献法，综述国内外学者对教学事故表现形态及其管理的相关研究，进而了解中小学教学事故管理的研究动态，为本课题的展开奠定了理论基础；运用访谈法，对长沙市某区10所中小学校进行了教学事故管理的调查，了解中小学教学事故管理现状和常见的教学事故类型及其应对策略。
研究表明，中小学教学事故管理越来越受到重视，但是存在的问题依然突出，主要表现在教学事故管理过程中，“重较大事故轻一般事故”,教学事故处理“重教学人员轻行政人员”,教学事故管理“重教师参与轻社会协同”,教学事故管理重“奖惩”轻“改进”,教学事故管理重“管理”轻“教育”等方面。究其原因，主要存在于“被管理者--教师”的失误或过失、教学管理不规范、“社会环境”层面的条件不理想等方面。
因此，抑制教学事故发生并规避教学事故，必须加强教师的爱岗敬业教育，同时要构建教学事故管理长效机制，完善社会环境，形成学校教学事故管理合力。

Abstract
Along with social progress, economic development and the demandfor education, the concept of education management has been clear andstandardization. However, primary and secondary school teachingaccident has been actively responded by school and society. Obviously,management strategies have a strong practical significance for teachingprimary and secondary schools.
The paper use the method of literature, summary of domestic andforeign scholars related research on the teaching accident form andmanagement of teaching research, to understand the dynamic accidentmanagement of primary and secondary schools, which lays a theoreticalfoundation for the study of this topic; the use of interviews, survey ofteaching accident management of 10 primary and secondary schools inone district of Changsha City, to understand the status quo of the teachingaccident management of schools and common teaching accident type andits coping strategies.
Research shows that, more attention is paid to the teaching accidentmanagement in primary and secondary schools, but the problems are stillprominent, mainly displays in the process of teaching accidentmanagement, “the importance of major accidents accident but despisegeneral teaching staff'; the treatment of teaching accident, ”heavierteaching staff and light administrative personnel“; the management ofteaching accident, ”heavier teachers participate and light socialcooperation“, heavier ”punishment“ and light ”improvement“ accident,heavier ”management“ and light ”education“ and so on. The main reasonis that the teacher's mistakes or negligence, the teaching management isnot standard, the conditions of the ”social environment“ is not ideal.
Therefore, in order to inhibit teaching accidents and avoid accidentsteaching, we must strengthen the teacher dedication education, at thesame time to build long-term mechanism of teaching accidentmanagement, and form the resultant force of school accident managementability.
