课程是实现教育目的的重要途径,是组织教育教学活动的最主要依据,是集中体现和反映教育思想和教育观念的载体。2001 年《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》的印发,明晰了新一轮基础教育课程改革的总体框架,体现了课程改革是一项复杂而细致的系统工程,并将课程的变革提到了最为重要的地位。
中国现行的课程结构,存在着较严重的不足,在一定程度上阻碍了学生学习的自主性和全面综合的发展。课程类型的单一使得在注重发挥一种或几种课程类型价值的同时,忽视或放弃了其他课程类型在学生发展方面所具有的价值,学生在这种单一课程的“滋养”下,其片面发展在所难免。
学校课程中各具体科目之间的比重失衡,语文、数学等科目所占的课时比重过高,教师观念中仍存在主副科观念,语数英挤占了其他学科的时间,从而直接影响了学生的身心健康和全面发展。
本文以济南市义和小学为例,对义和小学开展课程整合的相关问题进行了较为系统的研究。论文以义和地域为依托,对“义和文化”进行了探究和内涵阐述,并对义和小学现在的整体状况、存在的问题和课程整合的可行性进行了论证,确立了整合原则,并运用案例研究法、行动研究法、文献资料法等多种研究方法,提出了义和小学课程整合的具体方案及实施方法。课程整合的目标是培养有情有义、和悦共融的现代社会人,让每一名学生能在担当与关爱中和乐融融的存在。结合学校培养目标和对目标的具体分解,学校将建立四大课程(群):以基础课程统领的课程群;以艺术教育统领的课程群;以综合实践活动统领的课程群;自我规划课程。课程通过自选课程和“微缩社会”活动课程来实施。

Abstract
Curriculum is one of the important ways to achieve the educational goals and it is themain basis to organize educational and teaching activities. It is a carrier which fully reflectsthe educational ideologies and concepts.
Elementary Education Curriculum Reform Outline (Trial) was printed in 2001. It clearedthe general framework of the new-round curriculum reform of elementary education, whichembodies that the curriculum reform is a complex and detailed systematic project and puts thecurriculum reform in the most important position.
There exists serious shortage in the current curriculum structure of China, which, insome way, hindered the students’ learning autonomy and the development of schools. Thesimplified type of curriculum, on the one hand, emphasizes the value of one or several kindsof curriculums. On the other hand, it neglects or abandons the values that other types ofcurriculum will make in the development of students. The students, nourished by thesimplified type of curriculum, are inevitable to suffer from one-sided development. Theimbalance of the subjects, more classes for Chinese, math and English, the idea of maincourses and minor courses in the mind of some teachers and the class for other subjects beingoccupied by Chinese, math and English all affect the physical and psychological health of thestudents as well as the integrated development of them.
Taken Jinan Yihe Primary School as an Example, this thesis aims for exploring relatedproblems about the curriculum integration. Based on Yihe district, it aims for exploring theconnotation of the Yihe culture. It demonstrates the problems, the overall situation at present,as well as the feasibility of the curriculum integration of Yihe primary school, thus establishesthe integrating principle. The research methods adopted in this thesis are case-study method,action-research method, literature research method etc. The specific plan and theimplementation method of the curriculum integration in Jinan Yihe Primary School are putforward.
The objective of the curriculum integration is to educate students to be sentimental, loyal,kind and tolerant in order to adapt to the modern society. To make every single student learnto undertake responsibilities and care for each other in a harmonious environment.
In cooperation with this objective and the decomposition of it, four curriculums will beestablished in our school.
1. Curriculums dominated by foundation courses.
2. Curriculums dominated by art education.
3. Curriculums dominated by integrated practical activities.
4. Self-planning curriculums.
All the above curriculums will be implemented by the elective courses andminiature-society activity curriculum.
