摘 要
水作为人类赖以生存的物质基础，有史以来便是构成园林景观、居住区景观的重要因素，水的灵动性予以了园林更多的活力、生命力。水是一个最具有吸引力的景观，被广泛应用于现代居住区中。随着社会的迅速发展，人们的生活质量与审美也在一点点的进步，保护环境的意识也再不断的加强，现代的园林设计师、居住区设计师也越来越重视水景的引入与发挥其优势。城市住宅区中的水景不仅构成了一道亮丽的风景，丰富了视觉效果，改善环境质量，也为人们提供亲水性居住场所。在创造一个多样化、多元化的环境中，水往往大规模地被应用，许多水景的规划只是单纯考虑到景观效果，而忽视了造成的严重问题也就是废水、污水的产生。
目前，水资源全球缺乏，我国是水资源短缺的国家之一，是人均水资源非常小的国家。由于不适当的设计和管理，干水，脏水并不罕见，在这样的背景下，如何合理的设计水景并且使其特点在创造美的同时，不浪费水资源，降低管理和维护成本，保持良好的水景景观成为居住区水景健康发展的一个关键因素。本文对居住区水景通过理论研究和实例调查，从景观，生态，社会，这三个因素建立对居住区水景的综合评价和讨论，同时，从评价因素的理论框架，对居住区水景提出改造建议，为今后水景设计与整治提供理论参考，辩证的指引住宅区水景的可持续发展。此外，在这些问题的基础之上，对如何维护水的成本、污水的处理不到位，依据可持续发展的理念，在生态水景的保护和住宅区水景建设运营本金的问题上，本文相应的提出了改进的建议，主要从排水和雨水的回收利用两方面进行分析。保定市居民水景的研究设计不仅为今后的保定市规划和住宅水景建设有着重要的影响，为住宅水景设计提供更丰富的理论基础，同时也为其他各类城市的居住区水景的建设提供丰富的经验。

Abstract
Water as a material foundation to the survival of humans, is a landscape, residential landscape ever,the important factors that smart water the garden more energy and vitality. Water is one of the mostattractive landscape, has been widely used in modern residential areas. With the rapid development ofsociety, people's quality of life and aesthetic in a little bit of progress, also protect the environmentconsciousness also unceasingly to strengthen,the modern landscape designers, residential designers alsopay more and more attention to the introduction of waterscape and exert its advantages. The waterscapein urban residential area not only constitute a bright scenery,enrich the visual effect, improve theenvironmental quality,and provide people with hydrophilic place to live. In the creation of a diversified,diversified environment,water was often large-scale applications,many of the waterscape planning justconsidering the landscape effect, but ignore the serious problem which is caused by the generation ofwastewater and sewage. At present, the lack of global water resources, is one of the shortage of waterresources in China, is a country with a per capita water resources is very small. Due to improper designand management,dry water,dirty water is not uncommon,in this context,how to make reasonable designwaterscape and its characteristics in creating beauty at the same time,do not waste water,reduce themanagement and maintenance cost, good waterscape landscape become the one of the key factors to thehealthy development of the residential area waterscape. In this paper, the residential area waterscapethrough theoretical research and case investigation,from the landscape,ecology, society, these threefactors to establish the comprehensive evaluation of residential area waterscape and discussed, at thesame time,from the theoretical framework of evaluation factors,modification Suggestions are putforward on the residential area waterscape,waterscape design and renovation to provide theoreticalreference for the future,dialectical guide the sustainable development of residential water scene. Inaddition on the basis of these problems, how to maintain the cost of water and sewage processing doesnot reach the designated position,on the basis of the concept of sustainable development, in theprotection of the ecological waterscape and residential waterscape construction operation of theprincipal issues,this article put forward the improvement Suggestions, mainly from two aspects ofdrainage and rainwater recycling are analyzed. Baoding city residents waterscape design is not only forthe future of baoding city planning and residential waterscape construction has an important impact,providing a richer theory basis for residential waterscape design,as well as other kinds of urbanresidential area waterscape construction provides a wealth of experience.
