摘 要
随着数学广泛性应用在科学技术的发展和实际生活当中，学生的数学素质的培养，引发了国内外数学教育科研的广泛而高度的关注。很多学生初中的时候成绩突出，但从初中升入高中后，猝不及防，在高中数学上，就栽了一个跟头。就如我现在所任教的高一 176班，在高中第一次期中考试中，就有 20 名同学不及格（共 62 人）。我们不由地思索当中的原因，得出的结论不乏有这样一些：一是初中和高中的数学课程无论从知识内容还是知识结构的差异来看，还是数学语言与思想方法的不同来看，都是很大的；二是通过初三一年紧张的复习，升学的压力需要释放，往往造成高一的学习状态不佳：思想上松懈下来，沿用初中的模仿学习法、题型训练法，不能一步一个脚印夯实基础，等等。这个时候，我们正确的引导学生适应高中生活，学会如何攻克学习上的难关，具备坚定的意志和得力的方法，就显得十分迫切和重要。现代课程理念认为，学生是学习活动的主体，那么如此一来，一个学生学习动机的有无与强弱，对于一个学生的学习来说，影响是举足轻重的。所以，在高中学习阶段，我们认为，学生的学习动机的激发与维持，培养与生成，既是我们数学教学的手段，也更是我们数学教学的目的和任务；是变革数学教学方法的需要，是造就学生学习能力的需要，是更好地展现学生作为学习主体的需要。
本研究选用了文献分析法、调查法、比较法、以及实验法。结合国内外各种相关理论，从培养的视角给出数学学习动机的涵义和相关要素，通过对数学学习动机有关理论进行了深入的探索和研究，并以案例的形式提出了实施提高学生数学学习动机的一些有效操作思路、方法与策略，通过试验、调查和测试，全面分析了高中生数学学习动机的养成情况，研究表明多方面的因素，特别是自我效能感的提高有利于高中生数学学习动机的培养。
本文的创新之处在于：提高高中生的数学学习素养跳出了从学科内部特征挖掘潜力的思维定势，利用数学和学习心理的关联，实现了从数学学科内部的学法研究延伸至更高形式的学法研究的跨越，而这种跨越本身就说明了数学的一个显着的本质---有用性。

ABSTRACT
As mathematics in science and technology development and wideapplication in real life, cultivate the students' mathematical quality, andtriggered a broad and highly attention of mathematics education researchboth at home and abroad. Many students, junior high school of time, butfrom the junior middle school to high school, off guard, in high schoolmath, it planted a downward. Because I now in senior high school, 176class in high school for the first time, there are 20 students fail （62）。 Thereason why we can't help to think, the conclusions are: one is the juniormiddle school and high school mathematics curriculum from differentknowledge content and knowledge structure, or a different mathematicallanguage and thinking, method is great; Nervous review 2 is through thethird year, the entry need to release the pressure, often leads to higherlearning state, and thought is lax, continue to imitate method of studyjunior middle school, the topic of training method, the solid foundationon which is not one step a footprint, etc. This time, we correct guidestudents to adapt to the high school life, learning how to overcomedifficulties, have a strong will and an effective method, it is very urgentand important. Modern curriculum idea thinks, the student is the mainpart of the learning activities, therefore, the students' learning motivationand strength, has an important influence to student's learning effect.Therefore, in high school, we think that the students' learning motivationis to inspire and maintain, develop and produce, is not only ourmathematics teaching method, also is our purpose and task ofmathematics teaching; Is mathematics teaching methods need to changeand need to cultivate the students' learning ability and is to better showthe students as the main body of learning needs.
This research adopts literature analysis method, investigationmethod, comparison method and experimental method. Combining withrelated theories at home and abroad, from the perspective of culture, theconnotation of mathematics learning motivation and the relevant factorsare given, for mathematics learning motivation makes a deep exploration and research, and put forward the effective learning motivation toimprove students' mathematical thinking, method and strategy, throughthe experiment, investigation and test, comprehensive analysis of theinfluence factors of high school mathematics learning motivation,especially improve the self-efficacy is conducive to the development ofhigh school mathematics learning motivation.
Innovation of this paper lies in: improve the quality of high schoolstudents mathematics study out of the tap potential subjectcharacteristics, using mathematics and related study psychology, hasrealized from the study into the teaching of higher mathematics studyform, and the cross itself showed an important mathematical essence ispractical.
