摘 要
微博作为一种社会化的社交媒体，把大众传播部落化、小团体化，使“关系”的价值和重要性更加突出。微博所编织的社会关系网显示了一个新的趋势：无关系，不传播。微博社交化逻辑的扩散，对社会变迁起了实质性的影响。微博已成为公开表达利益的平台，成为各种突发事件及热门话题的信息集散地，不仅深刻改变了传媒生态，而且对国家的治理方式产生一定的影响。
近些年来，我国食品安全问题频繁发生，地沟油、毒胶囊、过期肉等事件引发了公众极大的关注，大量言论充斥在微博中，形成了极具特色的食品安全微博舆情。这些言论或是惊讶、或是愤怒、或是谩骂，微博都容纳了这些言论。然而，公众的偏见、媒体相关知识的缺乏以及网络的开放性、匿名性为虚假信息甚至是谣言提供了温床。在这种情况下，微博舆情极易爆发，引发公众对食品安全的恐慌，严重威胁社会和谐稳定。因此，剖析食品安全微博舆情，揭示微博舆情演变的过程，从而给出舆情管理的合理化建议就显得十分必要。
本文从近两年来热门的食品安全事件出发，通过对微博舆情演变的原因、影响因素、演变路径、主要特征及应对策略等方面进行研究，希望填补微博舆情演变方面食品安全问题研究上的空白，为食品安全事件的微博舆情管理提出有益见解。

Abstract
As a kind of social media which is socialized, micro-blog has contributed to the massmedia become tribalization and corporatist and it makes the value and importance of“relation” more and more standing out. The social relation network made by micro-blogindicated a new tendency: no relation, no spreading. The spreading of the network logicmakes a substantial impact on social changes. Network especially micro-blog has become aplatform for expressing public interest, and become a information collection and distributioncenter of various emergencies and hot topics. Micro-blog has not only changed media ecology,but also had influence on the governance pattern to our country to some extent.
In recent years, food safety problems have happened frequently in China, such ascooking oil, poison capsule events; outdated meat event, which attract great attention of thepublic. Such a large number of comments filled with micro-blog formed a distinctive foodsafety micro-blog public opinion. Although these comments express the emotion of surprise,angry, or abusive, the micro-blog hold these comments. However, prejudices of the public, thelack of relevant media knowledge and network openness, and the anonymity all provide thefalse information and even rumor with advantageous conditions. In this case, the micro-blogpublic opinion could be easily outburst, causing the public's fears to food safety, so that itbecomes a serious threat to social stability. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the foodsafety and evolution of micro-blog public opinion, so that some rationalization suggestionsfor public opinion management could be put forward.
The popular food safety affairs in recent two years as the starting point, this articlepresents the reasons, the influence factors, the path of evolution, and the main characteristicsand coping strategies of the public opinion evolution It is hoped that this article could fillblank in the research of public opinion evolution of food safety affairs, and could be useful forpublic opinion of food safety affairs management.
