摘 要
当下的学术界流行一种现象，作者向期刊社投稿，容易受到版权协议的制约，版权协议将作者的部分权利转让给了出版商，而出版商为了获取利润，往往将一系列学术信息资源高价卖给图书馆及各种研究机构，从而使这些学术资源的创作者感到自己在花费高价购买自己的研究成果。在这其中，版权协议扮演者很重要的角色，它直接规定了期刊与作者的版权归属，同时体现了作者及出版社的开放获取态度。2013年中国文献情报中心组织的学术会议上，众多学术权威人物做了报告总结，成果在一定程度上反映出我国学术界对开放获取的态度，在这种背景下，大家都在摸索着前进。鉴于核心期刊是期刊社工作的成果形式，加之人文社科领域与自然科学领域的开放获取发展有很大的差距，在开放获取的大背景下，有必要对人文社科类核心期刊版权协议进行调查。
本文分为四部分，共五章：第一部分是绪论和理论基础。绪论包括本文选题的背景、目的及意义，同时对国内外的研究现状做了调查，并且介绍了本文的研究方法和研究重难点、创新点。第三章即本文的第二部分，也是本文的研究重点，以 CSSCI（2014-2015）期刊来源目录中的 533 种核心期刊作为调查对象，初步调查我国核心期刊的版权协议状况。进而从开放获取视角下制订了版权协议内容主题点设计，从期刊态度、版权归属、开放模式、开放程度、开放时间等开放视角对版权协议内容进行调查和分析，同时对开放获取视角下期刊版权协议的表现形式和签署形式做了相应调查。第三部分即第四章，此章内容对上一部分的调查结果进行梳理，了解开放获取视角下我国人文社科期刊版权协议的发展状况，并针对开放获取环境，对我国人文社科核心期刊版权协议的发展提供建议。最后一部分是结论与展望，作者对本文的研究结论做出统一梳理，在此基础上对本文研究内容中存在的问题以及版权协议的发展前景做出说明。

Abstract
There is a popular phenomenon in the academic, authors contribute to the periodicalpublisher, vulnerable to restrict copyright agreement. copyright agreement will be transferredto the right part of the publisher, and publisher-profit organizations in order to obtain highprofits, academic resources to research institutions at a higher price, which will undoubtedlymake researchers and research institutions feel spending high price to buy their own labor. Inthis one, copyright agreements act a very important role, which directly reflects the authorsand publishers' open attitude. Chinese academic conference organized by the Centre forDocumentation and Information on the number of academic authority figures make 2013 areport summary, the results to some extent reflects the attitude of academic open access. Inthis context, we are groping forward. Given the core journals are results of the work in theform of periodical press, combined with an open field of humantilies and social sciences andnatural sciences to obtain the development of a large gap in the context of open access, it isnecessary to conduct social science core journals copyright agreement investigation.
In this paper, a total of five chapters, divided into four parts: The first part is anintroduction and theoretical basis. Introduction includes: This article will discuss issues raised,open access and copyright agreements as well as the current definition of the concept ofdomestic and foreign research status and asked about this topic. Meanwhile discusses thelegal basis for the core journals open access under the copyright agreement, the economicbase and philosophical foundation. That is the third part of the second chapter, the focus ofthis paper is to study to CSSCI （2014-2015） journal source directory 533 core journals for thesurvey, a preliminary investigation of our core journals copyright status agreement. And thendevelop from the perspective of the open access point design theme copyright agreement,from the perspective of the journal open attitude, open mode, openness, and opening hours forinvestigation and analysis of the copyright agreement, while the open-access journalcopyright agreement under performance form and sign the appropriate form of investigation.
The third part is the fourth chapter, the chapter on the survey results of the third chapter of theanalysis to sort out, according to our social science journals under copyright agreementsreflect the problems under open access perspective, propose appropriate recommendations forimprovement. The fourth part is the conclusion and prospect, summarizes the research contentof this paper, and the research and the subsequent problems in the research described in thisarticle to make.
