中文摘要
高校图书馆是社会主义精神文明建设的重要窗口，是文献信息服务的中心。
随着科学技术的日新月异，高校图书馆接受时代的挑战，馆藏资源和馆舍环境等硬件建设得到了极大的丰富和改善。高校图书馆的硬件建设和软件建设是事业腾飞的双翼，高校图书馆软件建设在硬件建设的发展下需要进一步加强。高校图书馆员职业道德是软件建设的核心，贯穿于高校图书馆工作的始终。高校图书馆（以下简称馆员）既是高校教育事业中传播知识与传递信息的教师，又是为读者提供多元化、个性化服务的信息导航员。馆员优秀的职业道德素养是高校图书馆良性运转的重要支撑。本文首先对课题的研究背景、目的和意义，国内外研究现状以及方法和创新点进行了阐述；在了解馆员职业道德相关概念和标准的基础上，归纳了馆员职业道德的基本内容、特征和必要性；指出馆员职业道德建设中存在的问题并加以深刻的剖析，找出问题存在的真正根源；最终提出具体建设性的意见，力求找到解决问题的措施和途径。

Abstract
A university library is the window for the construction of socialist spiritualcivilization, the center of the literature information service. University libraries acceptthe challenge of the time with the changing of the science and technology, theirhardware construction greatly enriched and improved including library collectionresources and building environment. The hardware construction and softwareconstruction of university libraries are the wings of the university library. Because ofthe development of hardware construction in university libraries, softwareconstruction needs to be further strengthened. University librarian professional ethicsis the core of the software construction of university library, which goes throughoutthe work of the university library. The university librarian （ hereinafter referred to as“librarian”）， who not only spreads knowledge and information as a teacher foruniversity education career but also provides the readers with diversified andpersonalized information service as a navigator. Librarian good professional ethicsaccomplishment can provide important support for the benign operation in universitylibrary. At first this paper discusses the research background, purposes andsignificance of this article, analyses the present situation of the domestic and foreignresearch, research methods and innovative points. On the base of explaining therelevant concepts of librarians' professional ethics and standards, summarizes thebasic contents, prominent characteristics of librarians' professional ethics andimportance. It points out the existing problems and the reasons of the librarians'professional ethics on the research of university librarian professional ethics, knowsthe really reasons. At last, it shows the constructive advice and finds out the ways andmeasures of the solutions to university librarian professional ethics problems.
