摘 要
政治与语言之间的密切关系可以通过政治语篇得到体现。政治语篇的研究已经得到了国内外学术界的广泛关注，学者们已从语用学、系统功能语法、文体学、批评语篇分析、认知语言学与修辞学等诸多视角进行了系统而全面的研究。综观其研究成果，对于理解政治语篇的不同层面发挥了重要作用，但仍有值得继续深入研究和分析的空间。
中央新一届领导集体上任至今，***总书记的发言、报告、访谈、采访多次在国内外引起强烈反响，“中国梦”、“老虎苍蝇一起打”、“为伟大的人民点赞”等词句已经成为大家耳熟能详的流行语，展现了政治语言的巨大影响力。这种影响力很大程度上来自于***在讲话中对修辞策略的恰当运用。目前，国内对于***讲话的修辞学分析为数不多，也不成体系。鉴于此，本文从修辞学角度切入，以十八大以来***总书记在各场合发表的讲话为研究对象，对***讲话的语言特色和认同策略进行深入分析。
本文分为四部分。第一部分对政治语篇的修辞学研究情况进行概述，并对以我国政治语篇为文本分析对象的修辞学研究情况进行总结，阐述了本文的理论基础、语料来源和研究方法。第二部分和第三部分为本文的主体部分。首先对***讲话在词汇、句法、辞格层面的语言特色进行了分析，发现其讲话兼有古典雅致和亲切通俗两个方面的特点，形成了雅俗共赏的“习式风格”.其次运用亚里士多德的“三种诉诸”劝说模式和肯尼斯·伯克“三大认同”的同一策略建立了对***讲话内容的理论分析框架，并进行实例分析，总结了***以实现劝说、获取认同为目的的修辞策略。第四部分对***和奥巴马的政治演说分别进行了实例分析，并简述两位领导者在政治修辞策略使用上的异同。

ABSTRACT
The close relationship between the politics and language can be reflected from the political discourse.
The research of political discourse has widely aroused academic attention at home and abroad,and scholarshave studied from pragmatics,systemic functional grammar,stylistics,critical discourse analysis,cognitivelinguistics and rhetoric and many other perspectives systematically and comprehensively.Though it playedan important role in the different levels to understand the political discourse throughout the researchresults,there is still some space for us to make further research and analysis.
The speeches,reports and interviews of Xin jinping have always caused strong repercussions at homeand abroad since the central new leadership took office. What's more,many phrases has been familiar tous,such as the “China dream”, “tiger flies to play”, “for the people of the great praise words ” , whichshows the power of the political language. This power is owing to Xin jinping's proper use of rhetoricalstrategies in his speech. At present, the rhetoric reserches of Xi Jinping's speeches are so limited in ourcountry and also not systematic. Therefore, the thesie will make a further analysis about rhetoric strategiesof Xin jinping's speech from two aspects ---content and form in the perspective of rhetoric, taking XiJinping's speech text as the research object on various occasions since The 18th National Congress of theCommunist Party of China and Zhijiang .
The thesis consisits of four parts. The first part mainly summarizes the rhetoric research situation ofpolitical discourse, besides, it summs up the rhetoric research situation which takes Chinese politicaldiscourse as text analysis object. The thesis expounds the theoretical basis, the source of corpus and theresearch methods of this thesis. The second part and the third part are the main body of this thesis. First thethesis analyzes Xi's speech in the level of vocabulary, syntax, figures of speech. The characteristics of hisspeech are both of classical elegance and popular affinity, thus forming “Xi's style”. Second it foundstheoretical analysis framework of Xi's speech using the mode of Aristotle's “persuasion” and the stategy ofKenneth burke's “identification”. It also summarizes Xi's rhetorical strategies for implementing persuasionand obtaining identification with specific instance analysis. The fourth part makes an analysis of Xi andObama's political speeches respectively, and it gives a brief introduction the similarities and differencesbetween two leaders in the use of political rhetoric strategy.
