摘要
随着企业集团的发展和母子公司体制的建立，企业管理层级增加、链条加长，管理更加复杂，并由此带来资源配置效率低下的问题。资金作为从事各种经济活动的必备资源，其运行效果直接影响企业竞争能力和企业价值最大化的实现。资金集中管理作为满足集团资源一体化运作的有效途径，被全球各大型企业集团实践并证实，在现阶段也得到进一步广泛应用。
资金集中管理以财务资源集约化利用为基本目标，通过建立适合企业自身发展的资金管理模式，借助制度、流程等约束，以及信息化技术，来达到流动性的动态均衡，最终实现资金在循环过程中的效率、效益和安全。因此总结国内外企业集团的资金集中管理现状，研究其成功经验与不足，对指导企业集团资金管理具有十分重要的借鉴意义。本文试图釆取理论和实践相结合的方法，在资金管理理论的基础上，以A企业为例，阐述企业集团资金集中管理体系的基本框架和实现方式，并分析其目前资金集中管理尚存在的主要问题，据此提出完善的策略和措施。

Abstract
With the development of the enterprise group and the establishment of theparent-subsidiary system, the enterprise management layers got increased,the chain beenlengthened and the management been more complicated,which lead to an inefficientallocation of resources. Funds as a necessary resource of engaging in various economicactivities, its operation has direct influence on the enterprise's competition capacity and valuemaximization. Funds centralized management as an effective way to satisfy the resourcesintegration operation, has been practiced and verified by various large enterprise groups inthe world, which has also been widely used at the present stage.
On the basic goal of the intensive use of the financial resources, funds centralizedmanagement through establishing fund management mode suitable for their owndevelopment, using the limitation of the system and the process and applying the informationtechnology, to achieve the dynamic equilibrium of liquidity and in the end realize theefficiency, benefit and safety of funds in the process of circulation.
Therefore, it's of great importance to summarize the status of funds centralizedmanagement both in domestic enterprise groups and in foreign enterprise groups, and to studythe successful experiences and the failed cases, in order to guide the enterprise groups's fundsmanagement. This thesis is trying to combining theory and practice on the basis of moneymanagement theory and taking A as an example to state the basic framework andimplementation ways of the enterprise group's funds centralized management system, and toanalyze the remaining main problems of the funds centralized management, so as to putforward perfect policies and measures.
