摘 要
马克思主义人民观是马克思主义对待人民的基本看法和态度，是马克思主义唯物史观的重要组成部分。马克思主义人民观虽未形成完整的系统的论述，但马克思主义经典作家对于人民都有深刻的论述，从经典文本中整理和提炼出他们的思想脉络，确保马克思主义人民观正本清源，对于建设社会主义和谐社会以及实现人的自由与全面发展都有重要意义。
本文共由以下四个部分组成：
第一部分：第一章主要是对历史资料的整理，考察了马克思主义人民观的形成与发展。本章首先从马克思主义人民观的创始人马克思恩格斯入手，解读了马克思恩格斯笔下的“人民”概念的内涵。其次陈述了马克思恩格斯对待人民的基本看法和态度：人民是历史的创造者、社会变革的主体力量，以及他们对实现人民解放途径的探索。接着阐述了列宁对马克思恩格斯人民思想理论的继承以及对马克思主义人民观做出的新贡献，讲述了列宁对“人民”概念的丰富与拓展、列宁人民观的主要理论特色。最后总结了马克思主义人民观在建设中国特色社会主义事业中取得的丰富成果，探讨了毛泽东至***以来历届领导人对待人民的基本立场和情感，肯定了他们对马克思主义人民观在理论上的丰富与在实践中所取得的丰硕成果。
第二部分：第二章是文章的核心部分，整体论述了马克思主义人民观的主要内容和本质特征，提出了人民是社会发展的主体力量、人民是社会存在与发展的价值目标和人民是社会发展的评价尺度的观点。认为马克思主义人民观具有先进性、阶级性、科学性、实践性四个本质特征。
第三部分：第三章依据对国际国内形势的分析，研究了马克思主义人民观在当代境遇下的发展机遇是国际上整体局势的和平与发展主题以及国内良好和稳定的社会环境和发展环境，同时指出了在机遇的背后也充满了风险与挑战。通过具体分析当前发展人民主体的有利环境以及不利因素，指出了造成当前一些问题和困境的根本原因是劳动异化、主体认识不足和主体选择不良。
第四部分：第四章探寻了马克思主义人民观实现的途径，分别从经济改革、政治改革、文化建设、民生建设、生态文明建设、党的制度改革、人民自身七个方面、多重角度来阐述了人民观的发展路径及其对建设中国特色社会主义的价值。经济改革主要是为了推动经济实现良性发展，促进城乡共同繁荣局面；政治改革是为了健全人民民主，将人民当家做主落到实处；文化建设是为了建设文化强国，提高人民文化水平，通过文化创新增强国家综合国力；民生建设是使人民在物质上和精神上更加富裕，不断提高人民对美好生活的追求；生态文明建设是为了人与自然和谐相处，还我们天蓝水绿的生活家园，也为子孙后代的发展留下美好的生活空间；党建是通过党内不断自身建设，提高党的执政能力和领导水平；人民自身建设是通过不断提高人民自身素质，加强人民的自身觉悟水平，能够踊跃参与到社会主义建设中，从而加快社会主义建设的步伐。

Abstract
The Marxism of people's viewpoint is the Marxism's fundamental view andfundamental attitude about the people. The Marxism has not formed a completestatement of the system, but the classics of Marxist has expounded profoundly for thepeople. Sort out the date and extract their ideas form the classic texts, so that ensure itis initially, which has a significant meaning for the construction of a harmonioussocialist society and the free and all-round development of human beings.
This article discusses the Marxism of people's viewpoint four aspects asfollowing:
the first chapter's aim is to sort out the history data, to conduct a radicalexploration on the Marxism of people's viewpoint. first of all, begins with the founderof the Marxism of people's viewpoint, it explains the meaning of the people in theiropinions and states that Marx's and Engels's fundamental view and fundamentalattitude about the people. The following, it explains that Lenin and Chinese mainleaders have inherited and developed for this view.
The second chapter is the core part of the paper , which discusses overall themain contents and essential feature of the Marxism of people viewpoint. It thinks thatthe people is the main force, value goals and the evaluation scale of the socialdevelopment .It posses the four characteristics of advanced, class nature, science andpractical.
The third chapter on the basis of the analysis of international and domesticsituation, studies the Marxism of people's viewpoint in the contemporary situation ofdevelopment opportunities and challenges, and puts forward some methods toovercome the difficulty. Though the concrete analysis of the favorable environmentand adverse factors for the current development of people's subjectivity, it points outthe cause of the current problems and difficulties are the labor alienation, lack ofawareness and adverse selection of the subject.
The fourth chapter explores the approaches to realize the Marxism of people'sviewpoint, respectively from the economic, political, cultural and people of their own,which affirms its value of building a harmonious socialist society. Economic reform isto promote the development of the economy, realize corporate prosperity betweenurban and rural areas; political reform is to improve the people's democracy and putthe people's autonomy into practice; cultural construction is to build cultural power,improve the people's cultural level, and enhance national comprehensive strengththrough cultural innovation; the construction of the people's livelihood is to makemore rich in material and spiritual, continuously improve the people's pursuit for abetter life, we will have a good homeland, also leave a better life space for thegenerations; the party construction is to raise the level of the party's ruling ability andleading level through the party's own construction; the people's own construction is toenhance the level of their consciousness of the people, to enthusiastically participatein the socialist construction ,so as to speed up the space of socialist constructionthrough continuously improve the own quality.
