摘要
建筑业是国民经济支柱型产业，自我国于 2001 年正式加入 WTO 以来，随着经济的快速发展和新型工业化进程的加快，建筑业保持了较高的增长速度，在国民经济中支柱产业地位得到进一步的巩固。建筑产业规模不断扩大，产业结构不断升级，其总产值占国内生产总值的比重一直保持在 6%以上。
然而，在建筑业取得巨大成绩的同时，也面临着深刻的矛盾和难题。现阶段，我国建筑行业的发展基础还是传统的工业模式。随着市场竞争越来越激烈，建筑企业急需实现企业管理模式的转型，抓紧企业的信息化建设，以此来推动和实现整个建筑企业的可持续性发展。然而就行业总体而言，信息化推进情况并不十分理想，主要因为整个建筑业在实施信息化建设中缺少科学的理论指导和程序方法，因此，应该认识到信息化建设即是一项长期而艰巨的任务，又是一项紧迫的重要工作，更是建筑业可持续发展的必然要求。
本文就是在这样的背景下，试图从建筑企业的角度探究建筑企业工程项目管理信息化建设的科学过程。文章首先在系统阐述了建筑企业工程项目管理信息化的相关概念和基本内容的基础上，遵循建筑企业工程项目管理的基本架构，论述了工程项目管理信息化建设应遵循的三种建设模式，并提出了标准化建设的重要性及内容；然后对工程项目管理软件的应用现状和前沿发展进行了分析和研究，并结合案例论述了建筑项目生命周期信息管理（BLM）理论，提出对工程项目管理信息系统的评价体系；最后对目前我国建筑行业信息化建设中存在的问题进行了分析，并针对这些问题提出了促进我国建筑企业管理信息化的对策和建议。

Abstract
Construction industry is a pillar industry of national economy. Since our countryjoined WTO formally in 2001, with the rapid development of economy and thespeeding up of new industrialization,the construction industry has maintaineda highgrowth rate, and the pillar industry in national economyis further strengthened. Withthe development of industrial scale and industrial structure constantly upgraded,itsoutput value accounted for the proportion of gross domestic product （GDP） hasremained above 6%.
Throughout the development of the industry,construction industry has madebrilliant achievements, but also faces some deep-seated contradictions and problems.
At present the development mode of the construction industryof our country stays onthe basis of the traditional industrial development. As the market competition is moreand more fierce,how to achieve the management transition of enterprises combiningwith informatizationeffectively,how to impel informatization to promote sustainabledevelopmentof the construction enterprise,,is unavoidable issue.Overall, however,theinformatizationpromotingis not very ideal, the overall industry is lack of scientificinformation construction procedures and methods.Besides that,the market condition isnot sufficient, there are difficulties in specific propulsion. Therefore,we should realizethe construction is a long-term and arduous task,and is an urgent important work, butalso the inevitable requirement of the sustainable development of construction industry.
Construction enterprise's core business is the construction of the project,and theproject management is the core of the construction enterprise management. This articleis in this context, from the perspective of the construction enterprises to explore theScientific Processof construction enterprise project management informationizationconstruction.The article in the first place in the system elaborated the constructionenterprise project management informationization, on the basis of related concepts andthe basic content, followsthe basic framework of construction enterprise projectmanagement, and it discusses the engineering project management informatizationconstruction, should follow the mode of three kinds of construction, and puts forwardthe importance of standardization construction and content.
Then we analyzed and researched the application status and cutting-edgedevelopments of project management software, combined with the casesdiscussedtheconstruction project life cycle information management （BLM） theory,put forward theevaluation system of engineering project management information system.Finally, thepresent problems existing in the national construction industry informatizationconstruction is analyzed, and aimed at these problems put forward to promoteinformatization construction in our country enterprise management countermeasuresand Suggestions.
