摘 要
近年來，我國經濟得到了飛速的發展，沿海城市的發展步伐更是遠遠超過全國其他地區，但是其發展的背后也帶來了諸多的環境問題，大量的工業污染使得城市居民的生活環境遭到嚴重的破壞，那么就需要有一個沒有被污染的綠色家園讓大眾可以享受身心的放松，以鄉村為主題的旅游便由此產生。
我國國家旅游局的有關數據表明，我國鄉村旅游的結構組要是由農林牧漁等多種形式組成；這種旅游模式大大滿足了我國城市居民的需求，我國重點發展農村作為示范區，其數量超過了 400 個；當前，我國農村旅游景點年接待量人數為 3 億多，實現鄉村旅游產業收入額為五百億元，每當五一等小長假，鄉村模式的旅游已然成為了我國城市居民的首選之地。
鄉村旅游作為一種特色旅游，是旅游產業的重要組成部分，這一新型旅游模式可以加大鄉村的總體經濟收入。隨著這一新興旅游的日益發展，鄉村居民的生計能力在不斷提升。應當根據鄉村旅游實際情況出發，制定一套行之有效的管理系統，輔助該旅游的日常實施“可持續生計”與鄉村旅游研究結合的研究并不對，本文是一次探索，在此基礎上提出了鄉村旅游的發展管理策略。下面本文針對蘇州沿太湖地區開發的鄉村旅游進行全面的分析研究，利用可持續生計原則，找出在鄉村旅游發展過程中存在的問題，以及應對措施，給出相關意見建議，以村民增強自身的生計能力為基礎，進一步保證鄉村旅游產業的發展能夠取得傲人的成績。
本人在可持續生計理論指引下，進行了鄉村旅游發展策略的研究。第一，本文在文獻研究和實踐調研的基礎上對鄉村旅游中的可持續生計概念進行了界定和闡述，指出了兩者的天然契合性；第二，將鄉村旅游和可持續生計的關系進行了系統全面的介紹；第三，將理論和實踐進行有機的結合，以蘇州開展的鄉村旅游發展的實際案例為基點，加大對本鄉村居民現有的生計情況的掌控和本村實施鄉村旅游過程中將要面臨何種挑戰；第四，從可持續生計的層面出發，提出鄉村旅游的發展管理策略。

Abstract
Along with China's reform and opening up the arrival of spring, the economic levelof our country has been rapid growth, especially in the pace of development of coastal cityfar in advance, but behind its development has also brought many environmental problems,a large number of industrial pollution of the city residents living environment has beenseriously damaged, so you need to have a no pollution green homes so that the public canenjoy the physical and mental relaxation, to the country as the theme of tourism is theresult of it;The relevant personnel of National Tourism Bureau of China shows that, China'srural tourism structure group if composed of animal husbandry and fishery and otherforms of tourism; this model can meet the demand of the city residents in our country, ourcountry will focus on the development and expansion of the rural areas as thedemonstration area, the number of more than 400; the rural tourist attractions, I in thecapacity to 3 the number of million, to achieve the amount of income of rural tourismindustry was fifty billion yuan, and five one small holiday, rural tourism has become thepreferred mode of city residents in china;Rural tourism is a special tourism, is an important part of the tourism industry, whichis a new tourism mode can increase the income of rural economy. With the increasingdevelopment of the emerging tourism, rural residents the ability to continuously improvethe livelihood. Shall proceed in accordance with the actual situation of rural tourism, toestablish a set of effective management system, the implementation of the “assisting thedaily travel sustainable livelihood” and not combined with the research and study of ruraltourism, this paper is an exploration, based on the proposed development strategy of ruraltourism. This article carries on the comprehensive analysis and Study on the developmentof rural tourism in Taihu area of Suzhou, the principle of sustainable livelihoods, find outthe existing in the rural tourism development process problems, and gives relatedsuggestions measures, to enhance their livelihoods, the villagers can force as the basis, tofurther ensure the development of rural tourism industry can be proud results;In the guidance of the sustainable livelihood theory, studied the development strategyof rural tourism. First, based on the literature research and practical research on theconcept of rural tourism sustainable livelihoods are defined and explained, pointed outtheir natural fit; second, will be a comprehensive introduction to the relationship betweenrural tourism and sustainable livelihoods; third, the theory and practice of the organiccombination, to the actual case of Suzhou to carry out the rural tourism development asthe basis, to increase the current living conditions of rural residents and rural tourismvillage control implementation process will face what challenges; fourth, from theperspective of sustainable livelihoods level, put forward the development strategy of ruraltourism.
