国产动画电影是指以动画技术制作，并取得国家广电总局颁发的《摄制电影片许可证》和《电影片公映许可证》，最终在院线正式公映的电影。“电视动画”是指在电视频道上放映的动画系列片，电视动画也是我国动画产业中生产规模最大、受众最多、影响最广的组成部分。
动画产业作为一个新兴的绿色产业，在国内外蓬勃发展。我国政府对国产动画产业扶持力度越来越大。昭示着动画产业将会成为 21 世纪我国最具有活力的产业之一。诞生于上个世纪之初的国产动画距今已经有了近百名年的历史，可以说是源远流长，曾经在世界上获得过一致的认可和肯定。曾经国产动画有着辉煌的成就，同时兼顾了民族特色以及文化内涵的表达，获得了世界的认可。
上世纪 90 年代之前，经历了两次高峰发展期的中国动画留下了大量的传世精品，也为中国传统文化赢得了高度的赞誉。然而九十年代以后的国产动画由于国外动漫文化的冲击和产业改革进入了不适应期。在很长一段时间内，国产动画的发展止步不前，甚至失去了发展的方向，至今仍处于转型期之中。
国产动画与世界整体的动画发展水平相对比，其起步晚，发展慢，技术存在壁垒等问题显而易见，这些问题一度制约着国产动画制作水平的进步和动画观念的革新。尤其是近邻日本，有着足以撼动世界的动漫产业，以强大的经济实力和丰富的人才储备将动画作为支柱性出口产业，以及数十年来对全世界，特别是我国市场的文化渗透，对我国动画产业的冲击极大。但是，在过去的五年中，国产动画产业的瓶颈已经被打破，国产动画的发展出现了新的转机。在2002 年，“发展动画产业”这一口号第一次被国家层面正式提出之后，国产动画的产量得到了大幅的提高，尤其是与动画相关的各个行业产业之间已经形成了立体的发展构架并且进入了前所未有的高速发展期。
本文将运用例证对比法，简述国产动画近三十年的成败得失，以日韩、欧美作为比较对象，剖析国产动画的前进方向，表明了国产动画所取得的成就和面临的时代机遇及新兴市场，以及国产动画面对发展瓶颈所带来的现实思考。
本论文 由绪论 第一张 第二章 第三章 结语五个部分组成 :
绪论主要介绍了论文的写作背景、研究意义、创新性和研究方法。
第一章以对经典动画作品的解读为基础，结合自二十世纪九十年代以来近三十年国产动画的发展现状。主要从国产动画浓郁的人文关怀，浓厚传统文化意蕴的艺术特色，大幅提高的制作水平和国产动画取得的产业成就四个方面入手，梳理评估了国产动画的发展概况及主要成就。
第二章结合实例考辩论析了近三十年国产动画所面临的问题。主要从国产动画的思想道德问题，益智性偏低的问题，一味模仿而丢失本土文化内核，相较日本美国仍然偏低的制作水准和制作团队经验匮乏五个方面进行分析论证。
第三章针对国产动画面临的问题提出了对国产动画今后发展的思考，对今后国产动画的发展具有一定的指导意义。最后针对实际问题，提出了几点具有可行性的发展建议。
结语一是简明扼要地揭示目前国产动画面临的困境，二是对国产动画未来的发展进行展望。

ABSTRACT
Domestic animated film is a movie that made by animation techniques, get the“Permit for Movie Production ” and “Permit for Public Projection of Films” issuedby Administration of Radio, Film and Television （SARFT） and finally officiallyreleased in theaters. TV animation is a cartoon series that show on televisionchannels. In China, TV channel is the most important animation seriescommunication carrier, teenagers and children are the main audience of animationseries. TV animation is also the largest production scale, largest audience and mostinfluential components of Chinese animation industry.
As an emerging green industry, animation industry booming develop at homeand abroad. Support from Chinese government to the domestic animation industry isgrowing, which illuminating that animation industry will become one of mostdynamic the industry of China in the 21st century. Dating back nearly a hundredyears of history, Chinese animated film was born in the beginning of the last century,has won great achievements on the world stage. Once domestic animation has abrilliant achievement, taking into account the expression of cultural connotations andnational characteristics, gained world's recognition. Until the 1990s, thedevelopment of Chinese animation film has two peaks, which left a large number ofhanded down works. After entering the nineties, the domestic animation film due tothe impact of foreign cartoon culture and industry reform is not adaptation, stop for along time, lost the direction of development, is still in transition. Due to the impactof foreign cartoon culture and industry reform, domestic animated enter into theadjustment period. In a very long period of time the development of the domesticanimation stalled, even lost the direction of development and still in transition.
As for the animation development situation of the world, problems of domesticanimation late start, slow development and technical barriers once restricted theprogress of domestic animation production standards and innovative of animationconcepts. Especially Japan has enough to shake the world animation industry, at thesame time with strong economic strength and abundant talent reserves; the Japaneseanimation has become a leading export industry. For decades, Japan's culturalinfiltration of the world, especially in China market, great impact to China'sanimation industry. But in the past five years, domestic animation has been changedand the animation industry bottleneck will be broken. “Developing the animationindustry,” the first official presentation at the national policy level in 2000 whichmade rapid changes in the domestic animation production, especially variousindustries related to the animation has formed the three-dimensional development ofarchitecture and drive into the fast lane.
This paper will use example comparison method to briefly describe the successor failure of domestic cartoons in nearly 30 years. Treat Japan, Korea, Europe andAmerica as comparison objects to analyze the direction of domestic animation. Setout the domestic animation achievements, facing opportunities, emerging marketsand reflections on the domestic animation development bottlenecks. The papermainly includes the following four parts:
The first part: The first part, introduction, which introduces the writingbackground, innovation, significance, and methods. Combined with development ofdomestic animation, treat the domestic animation after the animation industry in thenineties watershed as object, classic case analysis as basis to summarizes theevolution trend of domestic animation and provide theoretical support for thedevelopment of domestic animation.
The second part: This chapter introduces the domestic animation achievementsin the nearly three decades. Mainly from the rich humanistic care of domesticanimation, artistic characteristics with rich traditional cultural implication,substantial increase in production level, industry achievement of domestic animationfour aspects to analysis. Set classic domestic animation as an example, fully affirmedthe remarkable progress of domestic animation in the nearly three decades.
The third part: This chapter mainly elaborates the problems facing in thedevelopment of domestic animation. Mainly from the backward moral lead ofdomestic animation, low educational, the lost culture core, low production standardsand the young production team five aspects to analysis.
The forth part: Conclusion and Suggestions. Summarize the successes andfailures of domestic animation in the nearly three decades. Get to know the causesand laws of success and failure, which give certain significance to the futuredevelopment of the domestic animation. Finally based on the actual problem, putsforward the coping strategies.
