纳米技术与信息技术、生物技术并称为 21 世纪的三大关键技术之一。在 2002 年在美国的国家会议中，纳米技术研究计划被确立为美国国家发展战略计划。随着这份计划的公布，引起了世界各国的强烈关注。随后，包括中国在内的世界各国都作出了反应与研究，各国也都认识到了纳米技术的重要性，日本，德国，法国等国甚至把纳米技术提升到国家发展的战略角度。
纳米技术在其出发点上就具有先进性，并且已被大量的科学实验所认证，然而，纳米技术的研究还是较新的技术领域，绝大部分的技术研究还处于理论研究及初步设想，但是目前已经应用的纳米技术已经显现出了优越性。随着人类在纳米技术上研究成果的不断提高，即将在不远的将来引发一场关系纳米技术的产业革命。但是，我们对纳米技术不能抱着一味乐观的态度，事物的两面性告诉我们，随着科学技术的不断进步，其风险性也非常值得我们来进行研究讨论。纳米技术的大肆传播，已经引起了人们的狂热的追求和盲目的乐观，以及内在的恐惧。怎样才能合理正确的认识纳米技术，纳米技术在哲学的思考范畴下又会有哪些的影响，纳米技术如何才能更好地为人类造福，如何能更好更快的发展。是本文研究的价值所在。
本论文将会别为五大部分，先通过了解纳米技术的提出和与发展，然后介绍国内外和各个应用领域关于纳米技术的发展情况，分析目前纳米技术在研究过程中的不足和需要建立相关人为规范，最后将用哲学的思想，科学的对纳米技术的发展和未来进行研究。

ABSTRACT
Nanotechnology and information technology, biotechnology and known as one of thethree key technologies of the 21st century. In the 2002 national conference in the UnitedStates, nanotechnology research plan is established for the national development strategy plan.
As the plan, has caused strong concern around the world. Then, all countries in the world,including China, responded with research, countries have realized the importance ofnanotechnology, Japan, Germany, France and other countries and to promote nanotechnologyto the national development strategy point of view.
Nanotechnology in its starting point is to be advanced, authentication, and has been a lotof scientific experiments, however, nanotechnology research is still relatively new technology,the vast majority of technology research is still in the theoretical research and preliminaryideas, but has now been applied nanotechnology has displayed the superiority. As humans innanotechnology research results, will lead to a relationship in the near future nanotechnologyindustry revolution. But, we can't hold on nanotechnology blindly optimistic attitude, tell usthings always two sides to everything, with the constant progress of science and technology,the risk is also very worthy of our study to discuss. Nanotechnology and spread, has causedpeople's zealous pursuit and blind optimism, as well as the inner fear. How to correctlyunderstanding of nanotechnology, nanometer technology under the category of philosophythinking and what are the effects of how nanotechnology can better benefit to humanity, howcan better and faster development. Is value of this research.
Will don't into five parts, this paper first through understanding is put forward and thedevelopment of nano technology, then introduced at home and abroad and various applicationfields with the development of the nanotechnology, insufficient analysis of the currentnanotechnology in the research process and the need to establish a relevant specification, thefinal will use philosophical thoughts, scientific study of the development of nanotechnologyand the future.
