首先我要感谢在职硕士研读期间，所有的授课教师以及发展规划处的各位领导和老师。在读期间由于我身体原因，耽误了学习，但在各位领导和老师的关心下，经过努力学习，终于修满了所有学分。给了我争取硕士学位的机会，所以我今天才能有机会提交毕业论文。这几年的学习是我人生中一段不平凡的经历，学到了很多，使我无论在理论水平、科研能力、还是综合分析能力等方面得到了提高。
其次，感谢我的导师李惠萍教授。感谢她在百忙之中不辞辛劳指导我的科研课题，从开题报告的指导和修改，到组织专家论证，对我帮助很大，使我的课题能够顺利中标省卫生厅立项课题。在论文撰写时又给予精心修改，并提出投稿建议。李老师的这种对学生认真负责精神以及忘我工作的态度，给了我很大的影响，激励我在工作中更加关爱我的学生。
