摘要
近些年来，美式家具以其自然舒适的风格与用料讲究、做工细致的工艺而受到越来越多消费者的喜爱，家具销量一路攀升。然而由于美式家具生产工艺复杂、手工操作多以及缺乏系统的理论指导等因素致使产品在实际生产中质量稳定性差，返修率和返工率高，企业资源浪费严重。这些问题迫使美式家具生产企业必须重视产品的质量管理，尤其是产品质量实现过程中生产制程的质量管理工作。
本文以产品质量管理理论为研究基础，系统地研究了美式家具企业开展生产制程质量管理的主要内容、方法和实施流程。提出了美式家具产品质量控制与管理应从来料检验、机加工、涂饰到最后产品安装和包装等产品生产全过程去推行与实施。
在生产制程质量管理过程中，强调设置关键工序质量控制点，实行首件检验、半成品检验和成品检验以及注意产品质量信息的收集、处理和反馈等方法可有效提高产品质量、降低产品不合格率；并且以某美式家具制造企业 M 公司生产制程质量管理实际运行情况为例，针对该公司在实际操作过程中出现的质量管理问题提出了相应的对策和方法。从实践上来验证研究成果的可行性与可操作性；这将为今后更多的美式家具生产企业开展制程质量管理提供借鉴经验，同时也丰富了美式家具产品制程质量管理理论内容和方法。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, more and more consumers are attracted by American style furniture because of itsnatural and comfortable style, material stresses and meticulous workmanship, furniture sales areclimbing all the way. However, because of the complexity of American style furniture productionprocess, more manual operation, the lack of systematic theoretical guidance and other factors, theproduct quality stability is poor, the failure rates and rework rates is high and the waste of corporateresources is serious in the actual production process. These problems forced the American stylefurniture manufacturers must to pay attention to product quality management, especially theproduction process quality management which achieves the quality of products.
Based on the quality management theory, this paper systematically studied the main contents andmethods. The author proposed the American style furniture enterprises should strengthen the entireprocess, including incoming material inspection, machining process, finishing process, the finalproduct installation process, packaging process and so on. In the production process qualitymanagement process, emphatically by setting key process quality control point, implying the firstarticle inspection, semi-finished inspection finished product inspection and paying attention to thequality of the information collection, analysis and feedback could effectively improve the quality ofproduction processes. Finally, taking the actual operation of the M company in quality management ofproduct manufacturing process as an example, the author has verified the feasibility of the theory andput forward specific advises and solutions against with the actual operation problems of M companyin the end of the paper. Not only can it provide reference experience for more American style furnitureenterprises to develop the production process quality management in the future, but also enrich thecontent and methods of quality management theory.
