　　摘要　　
　　
　　近三十多年以来我国的各项改革开放政策不断深化，特别是建筑工程这一行业已经成为改革步伐最快、改革力度最大的行业之一，业已全面完成了由政府主导的计划经济体制到由市场主导的商品经济体制的转变，使得建筑业迅速成长为国家经济体系中主要支柱产业之一。在此背景下，建筑创作过程和机制作为意识形态和物质形态的产物也发生了根本性的转变，这就要求我们必须紧密贴合市场经济规律、顺应客观发展规律、符合各方面主体利益的前提下，寻找出根本性的基础因素，从而客观公正的总结出建筑创作过程和机制发展的良性之路。
　　
　　本文以建筑创作机制作为研究对象，通过对机制的阐述，建筑创作机制所处的社会环境、目标对象、历史演变以及影响因素的分析，在实态调查的基础上，初步探索出市场经济体制下建筑创作机制构建的主要内容和理想目标。论文共分为六部分：
　　
　　提出问题（第一章）：论文研究的背景、目的、范围、对象以及对机制的阐述。
　　
　　分析问题（第二、三、四、五章）：通过对建筑创作体制演化和现状进行阐述，揭示出现行机制下所存在的各种弊病，特别是在信息全球化的今天，建筑创作的机制和过程受到越来越大的挑战，在实态调查和大量实例的基础上，分析出影响建筑创作机制的主要因素以及因素之间相互作用和影响，为解决问题和创立更加符合市场经济体制下的建筑创作机制提供详实的基础资料。
　　
　　解决问题（第六章）：总结了建筑创作机制体系构建的前期、中期、后期，提出了构建的基本思路和理想目标，并且通过实例进一步揭示出只有在对影响体系构建几大因素再认识的基础上，不断进行修改和完善，减少建筑创作过程中不良环节，创造出一个动态的建筑创作机制，才能够从根本上提高我国建筑创作的整体水平，也才能更好的适应经济全球化的时代要求。

　　Abstract
　　
　　As  the  Chinese  various  reform  and  opening-up  policies  keep  deepening  for  about  30years,  architectural  engineering  has  completed  the  transformation  from  planned  economysystem  dominated  by  the  Government  to  the  market-oriented  commodity  economy  systemand  become  one  of  the  fields  who  made  fastest  pace  and  greatest  effort  in  reformation.  Thisallows  the  architecture  field  grows  rapidly  to  one  of  the  pillar  industries  of  the  nationaleconomy  system.  With  this  background,the  architecture  creation  process  and  mechanism,being  the  product  of  ideology  and  physical  form,  has  been  transformed  essentiality.  Thisdemands us to find out the fundamental basic factors under the premise of closely  followingthe market economy rule and the objective law of development, complying with the interestsof the subject of various aspects, so that we can objectively and fairly select a sound way forthe architecture creation process and mechanism development.
　　
　　The paper sets the architecture creation mechanism as the research object. Through theelaboration of  the  mechanism  and  the  analysis  to  social  environment,  target  object,historical  evolution  and  influence  factor  of  the  architecture  creation  mechanism,  itpreliminarily  explored,   on  the  basis  of  physical investigation,   the  main  content  and  theideal  target  of  the  architecture  creation  mechanism  under  the  market-oriented  economysystem.
　　
　　The paper consists of six chapters:
　　
　　Chapter  One:  Set  out  the  problem,  describes  the  research  background,  goal,scope,object and the mechanism.
　　
　　Chapter Two, Three, Four, Five:analyze the problem, elaborate the evolution and currentsituation  of  the  architecture  creation  mechanism,  which  reveals  various  malpractices  exist  inthe  current  mechanism.  Especially  today,   with  globalization  of  information,   thearchitecture  creation  mechanism  and  process  are  facing  more  and  more  severe  challenges.Based  on  the  physical  investigation  and  massive  practical  examples,  it  indicates  the  mainfactors  which  impact  the  architecture  creation  mechanism  as  well  as  interaction  andinfluences  between  the  factors.  It  provides  very  detail  and  practical  information  for  solvingthe  problem  and  for  setting  an  architecture  creation  mechanism  which  is in  compliance  withthe market-oriented economy system in a further degree.
　　
　　Chapter  Six:  Solve  the  problem,  summarize  the  prior  period,   medium-term,  and  latestage  of  the  architecture  creation  mechanism  construction,  put  forward  basic  idea  and  idealtarget  for  the  construction.  The  practical  examples  indicate  that  only  by   revising   and optimizing  continuously  on  the  basis  of  re-recognizing  the  main  factors  which  impact  thesystem  construction,   eliminate  the  weaknesses  in  the  architecture  creation  process,   andcreate a dynamic architecture creation mechanism,   can we raise essentially the integral levelof  our  state  architecture  creation  to  an  upper  stage  and  meet  the  request  of  the  age  of  theeconomic globalization.
