摘 要
在中国，有城市的地方就有广场，而有广场的地方通常有广场舞。广场舞已经成为广大市民日常生活的一部分。归根究底，广场舞的风靡与广场舞锻炼的经济性、健身娱乐性和项目的独特性等因素息息相关。另外，随着广场舞运动的负面报道逐渐增加，譬如“鸣枪放獒”事件、“粪袭事件”和“高音炮事件”等，广场舞运动也受到政府、社会和个人的关注。
基于此，笔者采用文献资料法、访谈法和问卷调查等研究方法，以城市广场舞的发展困境为研究突破口，解析广场舞运动的本质和广场舞锻炼人群行为特征，调研和分析城市广场舞发展的困境之所在。研究结果主要表明：首先，广场舞集健身，娱乐，交友于一体的功效和广场舞的经济性和参与的不受约束性让广场舞运动成为广大女性市民喜闻乐见和乐此不疲参与的健身项目。其次，当前广场舞面临的困境主要集中在广场舞活动时间与居民休息时间重叠和广场舞组织松散以及广场舞噪音扰民等方面。最后，当前广场舞发展困境造成的主要原因表现在场地设备不完善、市民对公共资源的认识存在误区、社会法律规范落实不到位、文化和社会地位差异和趋众思维以及广场舞活动时间与居民休息时间重叠等方面。另外，在研究的基础上，对城市广场舞如何突破自身发展困境提出具体对策：政府和企业牵头过滤广场舞噪音扰民；大力扩建或改建大型活动场所来满足各种民众运动的健身需求，同时，改善设备来降低噪音扰民；其次，通过政府和媒体的宣传和引导，提高广场舞的社会认可度；最后，从城市广场舞内部去优化广场舞的管理。

ABSTRACT
In China, where there is a city, there is square, and thereis a square dance. Square dance has become a part of the dailylife of the general public. It all boils down to, square dancepopular and square dance exercise economy, fitness andentertainment and project the uniqueness and other factors areclosely related. In addition, with the square dance movementof negative reports increased gradually, such as “shots to putmastiff” event, “dung attack” and treble gun incident “, squaredance movement has also been the attention of the government,the society and the individual.
Based on this, the author uses the literature method,interview method and questionnaire survey method, and thedevelopment of city square dance as a breakthrough point,analysis of the nature of square dance and square dance exercisecrowd behavior characteristics, research and analysis of theplight of urban square dance development.
The main results of the study show that: first, square danceset fitness, entertainment, friends to economy of variousfunctions and square dance and participation from binding tosquare dance movement become the majority of female peopleloved and to participate in the fitness project bored. Secondly,the square dance is facing the plight of mainly concentratedin the square dance with residents rest time overlap and squaredance loosely organized and square dance noise nuisance andother aspects. Finally, the main reasons for the developmentof the current square dance performance in the field ofequipment is not perfect, the public understanding of publicresources, social and legal norms are not in place, culturaland social status differences and more thinking and squaredance activities and other aspects of the time and rest time.
Also in basic research, to the city square dance how to breakthrough the self development dilemma and puts forward theconcrete countermeasures: government and enterprises ledsquare dance filtering noise nuisance; strong expansion orreconstruction of large venues to meet the health needs of thepeople and sports. At the same time, improve the equipment toreduce noise nuisance; secondly, through the publicity andguidance of the government and the media, to improve socialacceptance of square dance. Finally, from inside the citysquare dance to optimize management of square dance.
