摘 要
当前，广大中学校园里普遍存在着欺凌行为，随着大众对其关注的增多，人们也越来越认识到校园欺凌对学生的巨大影响。校园欺凌行为的发生，在对学生带来身体和心理的伤害的同时，还会对学业和人际交往带来巨大障碍，也是影响校园安全的主要不确定性因素。对于被欺凌学生而言，长时间的遭受欺凌，会导致自卑、沮丧、厌学等不良反应，对其稳定度过青春期以及健康成长带来不利；而欺凌他人的同学，若不及时对其行为加以纠正，逐渐会养成以暴力解决问题的行为模式，容易走上违法犯罪道路。
校园欺凌的产生的原因是多方面的，有个体自身特质的原因，也有家庭教养方式的影响，社会、校园环境也对其产生有着不可忽视的作用，这就需要我们在解决校园欺凌问题时要具有系统理论的视角，从多方入手，采取综合控制的办法，在系统中解决问题，同时可以构建案主的支持网络。本研究以社会工作基本理论为指导，运用个案工作方法，结合优势视角，通过专业技巧和方法，协助案主解决问题，恢复并完善社会功能，达到提升自身能力、健康成长的目的。本文第一部分是概念和理论方法的介绍，第二部分是关于校园欺凌行为的具体分析，第三部分是具体的个案辅导，最后一部分则是专业反思与不足。通过个案工作的开展，形成社工介入校园欺凌事件的实务方法，希望能为学校社会工作和青少年社会工作提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract
Currently, bullying behavior is common in the middle school campus,with increasingpublic concern, people are increasingly aware of the tremendous impact of school bullyingon students. Bullying behavior occurs on the student brings physical and psychologicalharm, while also on the academic and interpersonal huge obstacle, which is the majoruncertainties of Campus Security. For students being bullied, bullying long will lead to lowself-esteem, depression, weariness and other adverse reactions, as well as its stableadolescence healthy growth adversely; and bullying classmates, if not for their actions tocorrect, will gradually develop to violence to solve problems of behavior patterns, easilyonto the criminal path.
Cause bullying generated are many, there are reasons for the individual's owncharacteristics, but also affect the way of family education, society, campus environmentalso produces its effects can not be ignored, which requires us to solve the problem ofcampus bullying has a system theory perspective, from a multi-faceted, integrated controlsolutions to the problems in the system, while the main case can build support networks.Inthis study, the basic theory of social work as a guide, the use of case workmethods,combined with the advantages Perspective ,through professional techniques andmethods to help solve the case of the main problems, restore and improve the socialfunctions, to enhance their ability to grow healthy purpose. The first part is to introduce theconcepts and theoretical methods, and the second part is a detailed analysis about bullyingbehavior, and the third part is the specific case counseling, the last part is the lack ofreflection and professional. By conducting casework, forming practical method of socialworkers involved in bullying incidents, hoping to provide reference for the schools ofsocial work and youth social work.
